I do recommend asking questions here: http://forums.eagle.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=210 as the Mission Builders corner is the place for all "how to" questions about the editor. Myself and a several others try to respond to as many questions in there as possible. But to answer your question about start/stop conditions. Yes User Flag is a flag number. If the box next to it is ticked then that means "is flag true" if its not ticked it means "is flag false" The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
