Hi all can any body tell me how to get the diffrent views to work like the target view i think it F8 but nothing happens thank you guys :pilotfly:

F7 skips between the nearest enemies. F11 skips between airfields. Keep pressing to flick between enemies or airports. Mouse middle wheel zoom in and out and mouse adjusts angle.

hi yer i know about them ones and they work its just says also i can get target view and lock target view it a pain to go thru them all to find what im goin to kill when i want to make video

What you need to do is pause first. Then use the desired F key to locate the target (there is not a choice for nearest enemy). Once you have the camera on the target, do not hit that key again. Switch back to another view and when you use the target key again it will switch back to the previous view.

^That's what I do. If you use active pause (LShift+LWin+Pause) rather than pause it will allow you to adjust the view on any given target too. I think the normal pause freezes the movement on some views like F11???

Assuming you are following the instructions and putting the files in the correct liveries folder, one possibility is the skin is not available for the nation of the aircraft you are trying to use it on.

 

If you look at the description.lua file, at the very end is a line like this.

 

countries = {"GER"}

 

In the example above, the skin is only going to show up for German aircraft. You can edit that to say "USA" instead if you wish and the skin will show up for US planes only.

If you want to see certain enemy/friendly, you may select in on map (F10), then press F7. Selected unit will be shown first.

OK. But as the OP inquires, what does F8, or RCtrl-F8 do? Is it even functional? Controls option only lists these two commands for the Ka-50 and the Su-25T as Targets view and Player Targets / All targets filter. When pressed, views don't change and nothing seemingly happens.
