dooom Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 so.... I started playing about it the Ka50 again after a hiatus in the BMS F6 and A10C. Most of it has come back to me rather quickly but I must admit I am having problems with the ABRIS. I button Mashed a bit today while in the NAV menue and noticed all my green flight plan lines dissappeared. The flight plan was still visable in te FLT PLN sub menu but no route/FP lines on the NAV/MAP pages of Abris. Does anyone recognize this situation and can you advise how I can fix in the future? I tried cycling the power to the Abris but it came back the same. thanks! Press ACTIV and you will go back to your usual Nav page with the flight plan restored. There is a chapter dedicated to the ABRIS in the manual. It's all very well explained and maybe worth your time... 'Frett'
JG14_Smil Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 Green line is controlled with the SUSP button. Green means it is current steerpoint.
codenamepanzer Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 It is the steerpoint for ABRIS, it is not the steerpoint of the PA that leads the HSI in the front panel and the automatic navigation functions. Use the HSI display on ABRIS if you want to navigate using the ABRIS.
