Working on documentation for test of Passerelle window grab should be out soon. (within two days, maybe sooner). A-10c and Blackshark in play.

Mainly this is to see how difficult it is for others to set up.

The gauges are pretty much the same as the old,but the focus is on the mfcd import.

 

I had to take out pretty pictures in the guide.

Now that I have screen capture working for mfds, I am ready to rewrite scripts. My current focus is on the Ka-50.

I am reworking things for the X-52 pro mfd.

Any one else still using this joystick and does it make sense to have the gauge values displayed?

I think the best and only good use is for radio controls.

Any input?

Let's don't kill it yet. Just got into DCS and I have the X-52 Pro. Just starting to read this thread.

I use the MFD on my X-52 Pro for the radios. Push down on roller to turn it on then roll for freq. selection. The latest driver and software version from Logitech is great, works the best since having the HOTAS nearly 10 years.

I know i need to redo the KA50 as I finally learned how to operate the presets on the ark 824(?, radio on right hand side.)

I will test that version and see if the fips still work with it.

There was a problem with previous driver releases.

I find myself in a slump lately. I started to update the KA-50 script for the X-52 pro. I separated the radios and am wiring the R-828 so that it can be controlled via the scroll wheels.

 

 

I am still learning the modules I have and am not sure how to utilize the X-52 pro mfd in a manner other than useless eye candy. Still working it out. I have the spitfire to work on as well for both the fip and X52. Hopefully I will get things fleshed out and updated soon.

Also plan on revamping guages for all modules (need to work on drawing skills.)

Still here, barely. ( Real life in the way) . Did get the R-828 radio separated and working. Found a few problems with the scripts and need to get them sorted out before I go too much further. Plans are still the same, rework scripts,redraw gauge pngs,and add new modules.

For the radio's it working for the A-10c, Ka-50 and huey. You can also change the frequencies with the roller knob. See first post to get links to the scripts.

Need help in getting a sense of direction as I continue this endeavor.

As for the Fips what gauges do you all find useful and which are a waste of pages. (name module and gauges to which you are referring to).

 

 

For the x52 pro , what Am I missing ( what would be/is useful and which is a not needed. (module and readout as above).

 

 

I need to put this project to rest so I can kick this addiction and get in some stick time. (too many modules to study up on).

I've been trying to somewhat figure this out for the Huey. I'm very new to DCS and scripting with the X52 pro. Basically what I can't seem to figure out is what I need for what and where to put things. I tried following the install instructions back on page 9, but there is either broken links or the folders just don't exist on my computer. Any help would be much appreciated. And thank you for taking the time to make something like this, it has great potential to complete my amateur sim pit.

 

Also another thing to note is I have the steam edition. Would that cause any error as well?

No, I do not have the Mirage module.

It has been awhile since I have worked on this project ( real life issues).

I hope to get back to it soon,clean things up and then work on other modules in the future.

Hopefully the old scripts will give you an idea as to how to get info displayed on the x-52 pro display.

Hi I've got the x52 pro and would like to make use of your files and wondered if you have an idiots guide to getting it working because I have never done any coding and don't know where to start with LAU stuff all I want to do is make it work for f86 and f18. I tried looking at the tutorial file but it may as well be written in Chinese lol. Basically I just need files I can drag and drop and that's it.

 

Any help appreciated

I do not have the F-18 module. The F-86 module is up on the first page but does not have any functions for the X-52.

What are the functions you are hoping to see for the F-86?

ok I've put the files in the places described but when I click on CPIAS a cmd window pops up and disappears immediately so not sure if my lauforwindows is working properly having never used it before.
