but if they made it different then three quarters of us would probably still change it anyways..

So far only 73.5%...I would have thought it was higher than that...

 

I'm surprised it is so high. You'd expect such a poll to show a higher number of 'modifiers' due to the fact that folk who like to tweak are more likely going to visit the forums.. but over 70% is impressive.

Yes, since Lock on, when I create my Su-27 skin. I use new 3D Su-27 and F-15, custom sound and of course, custom skins. But I must admit more rarely with the progress of the simulator versions.

modman now runs for mods.

Yes. I modded some of the loadout values for custom loads so I could put some Hellfires on the Ka-50 when I wanted to play it on the American side (until we have an allied helo). I deleted the World files and installed the new files and strangely those mods are still active. Not sure how that happened, but I'm not complaining. I hope they develop a system that doesn't wipe out mods with every update too.

16th is Not a mod squad but we are now down!

 

First I want to say I think that ED is moving in the right direction and that the new “Auto Updater” is going to be a god send in the long run, HOWEVER: at this point in juncture the 16th is in effect, a non DCS flying squad! People that have spent years putting pits together and various other efforts are but now works on hold or people are just giving up! I have spent years building missions that no longer work..I sure hope that gets fixed..I gotta say…It’s getting pretty tuff to just want to fly the sim you love to fly…
