No, they are not Kh-555's but Kh-55. Kh-555 have "canards".

Do you have a link to a photo of one ? I've not looked hard, but could only find drawings saying they'd have canards, all the photos I could find labelled Kh-555 (& that youtube video "Tu-160 Kh-555 (AS-15 Kent-C) missiles launch and aerial refueling .") all show a Kh-55 derivative with large conformal tanks, but no canards. The actual beast seems quite elusive.
