Saluti!

 

Man, I just notice that my default key assignments for starting engines in A-10C (RAlt+Home/RCtrl...) stops working!? Also any other combination with any other keys are not functional, engines won't start!!! I'm sure that keyboard is ok...what to do?! :helpsmilie:

 

...in the past weak I had connection issue...issue with track ir...cdt and freezes in MP...and now keyboard!!! its just to much for me...:cry:

edit: even LeftWindows/Home don't start engines any more!!!

Post a track of your start up procedure. If you are not doing something correctly in the start up procedure, its possible that your throttle will not move to the idle position no matter what key you have assigned to it. Double check your start up. Take the start up training mission and make sure that its not your checklist.

I don't think that my start up procedure is wrong...I start A-10C xxx time in this way...like I said even LeftWindows/Home won't start engines!!!

make sure you arent running in "game Mode", as thats a completely different control set from A-10C Sim.

check, I run in "simulation mode" but still no joy...:( ...think that I have reinstalled and do it all over again...I don't like/have nerves for tahat...I reinstalled hole DCS couple days ago...due to connection issue...:mad:

I had it once that I couldn't start the left engine. Then I noticed that my X52 throttle was somewhere in the middle position.

After I put it all the way down to zero, I could start the left engine with left Alt+Home.

Weird...

 

Maybe that does the trick.

The main saboteur was my throttle (X-52 pro)!!! Don't know how and way but suddenly the marked deadzones disappear and the throttle even when was full back was showing like that it was a little beat engaged...
