Namenlos Ein Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 You need turn off/on "stealthy mode" number of times, every time reloading YouTube page. At least it worked for me. Stealthy On. Stealthy Off… Same “Sorry about that” from EMI.

LithiumR Posted December 26, 2012 Author Posted December 26, 2012 plz upload to vimeo Done. I don't want you guys to think it's some awesome kick ass video..... it's "okay". I've been learning to NOT use labels as a crutch and this was a action packed session that I thought was fun. Hopefully I can get some of my first person shooter friends to watch and inspire them to want DCS :D ASUS ROG G701VI-XS72K 17.3" - i7 7820HK - GTX 1080 8GB - 32 GB 2666mhz - 512 GB SSD - Win10 Pro 64-Bit - T̶r̶a̶c̶k̶I̶R̶5̶ - Samsung Odyssey HMD!! LithiumR Posted December 26, 2012 Author Posted December 26, 2012 Nice little video, but looks like you need to control your g's better. Yes, I'm trying. Seems like when I don't pull high G's I tend to get missiles up my tail pipe. I've read a lot about air combat so I have a little knowledge on how I should fly.... but using that knowledge on the fly in a combat situation is easier said than done!! for me anyway. Practice practice practice. I really wish there was a larger online community with DCS FC3. It would be great to fly against some real people so I could really know just how bad I am!! :megalol::lol: I've read on here about people saying that the AI is pretty easy..... with no labels and no outside views I find them pretty challenging on high skill. Not too challenging, but challenging enough for me. I'm sure (or I hope) that will change as I get better. elchacal Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 Great vid!, The flight dynamics of A2A missiles were improved in FC3, so currently is more difficult to shoot down a bandit.. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

LithiumR Posted December 26, 2012 Author Posted December 26, 2012 Could you please specify that because I am interested for new sources on air combat! Thanks I've read (studied) In Pursuit by Johan Kylander multiple times... http://www.virtualpilots.fi/feature/lento_ohjeet/inpursuit/inpursuit.pdf And there was another .pdf version of a book written by a real WW2 pilot that had cartoon illistrations that was awesome. I thought I had it saved somewhere but I can't find it and I can't remember the name. Most of my reading / studying was based around ww2 aircraft. 1 ASUS ROG G701VI-XS72K 17.3" - i7 7820HK - GTX 1080 8GB - 32 GB 2666mhz - 512 GB SSD - Win10 Pro 64-Bit - T̶r̶a̶c̶k̶I̶R̶5̶ - Samsung Odyssey HMD!!
