JujuMan Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Hi all, Is it possible to instruct an AI Helicopter to hover and land over a specific point on the map. The closest I can get it is within 120 ft and travelling at 1 kt. I would like to get it at least 10-20ft ? _________________________________________

Quirkitized Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Take a look at this mission, see attachment. The Ka50 Black Shark will land, while the AH-1W Cobra will Hover, then land. The ka50 is advance waypoint > land the cobra is > advance waypoint > orbit @ wp1 (speed 0), stop condition (flag1) > land flag 1 is a trigger that will activate when time more = 90 seconds. dont forgot to use ctrl+z to speed up time and shift+z to go to normal speed if you wish to view it quickly.helo_land_and_hover.miz
