Trident Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 Hard to explain it briefly. Yes it has moving map on ABRIS. Also there will be possible to edit your flightplan on the ground and in the air. There will be some backup modes, working beacons, true inertial nav pos calculation (with biases), INS alignment, magnetic variation and deviation, many options to change in-flight, etc... Outstanding!!! Bodes well for the future :) My wishlist would look like this: 1. Ability to create flights with several human controlled aircraft instead of having to duplicate the original flight for each of them 2. Cut/copy/paste functions for the editor 3. Manual inflight-refueling for NATO aircraft and a flexible refueling hose for the Russians 4. Accurate HDD symbology/functionality for the Flankers 5. Ability to engage 2 targets simultaneously using R-77s on the MiG-29S (if this capability indeed exists) 6. Better explosion effects (see my previous posts on this ;) ) 7. Smoky engines for the appropriate aircraft and condensation effects during high-AoA flight 8. Better afterburner effect :D
Kusch Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Time of reaction of "Igla", "Stinger", is to fast. You should change him (it). They don't forget about this element in new Zu-23M. Give me "flying telephone pole" (SA-2)!
Force_Feedback Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 A minor fix: working fuel gauges in the Mig-29 and Su-27 family cockpits, with working fuel counter (shows how much fuel remains in kg, like in the su-25T) and only one fuel status bar, opposed to the two half full we have now. (only one white stripe to show how much fuel is left) Edit: look at this photo to see what I mean. http://www.airliners.net/open.file/907048/L/ Creedence Clearwater Revival:worthy:
Pilotasso Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 If you look closely youll also notice it doesnt have RWR .
omgamibig Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 My vote goes for AFM for all aircraft. Su25T really spoiled the other planes for me :( And for the long run: clickable cockpits for all aircrafts & DYNAMIC CAMPAIGN :D
TomKatt Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 Personally I don't care about AI, AFM.. All I want is "stability" Just fix the bugs.
SimFreak Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 My request... Convoy while under attack should stop and personnel disperse.
TomKatt Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 ohh simfreak. my id was sim_freak on another board.. ;)
Roman G Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 I forgot this wish: - using TrackIR to navigate external views (without need to switch to mouse emulation) including 6DOF external view navigation
SwingKid Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 Nice topic with many good wishes! Some editor wishes for the sky :) - .mis mission files to be able to save debriefing results - clients able to see mission goals in editor before flight - clients able to see assigned targets in editor before flight - clients able to choose lead position of flights past #1 within an airgroup - Ctrl-C "re-classify" editor cheat disabled for classified missions - host to control whether clients can change payload - vehicle group object positions are no longer rearranged into a line whenever one of their types is changed -SK
Weta43 Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 Re: the above, rather than simply going back to what there was before 1.11 - make payload locking an option for classified mission have this enforceable from the server. Cheers.
MBot Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 - vehicle group object positions are no longer rearranged into a line whenever one of their types is changed That is a real good one. Also the one when you delete a vehicle group and the selection goes back to the first placed group of the same country, it should no longer be rearranged in a line. This one real drives me crazy. Everytime I delete a group, my first placed SAM sites are rearranged to a line.

But some of these are bugs that should be fixed with a patch, not in a wishlist for an expansion (the vehicles in a line bug is a VERY bad one).
Coffee999 Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 My wish would be that unlike FC, the new Ka-50 will have the option with a cockpit converted into English. Plus the option to be able to add the Ka-50 to what ever Country you want.
Flyby Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 my wish I wish for Black Shark to be released on time in March at least 95% bug free. Let the fixes come in soon-to-be-released patches. Flyby out The U.S. Congress is the best governing body that BIG money can buy.

Everytime I delete a group, my first placed SAM sites are rearranged to a line. As a workaround you could try placing a lonely igla guy as your first group (you could place it at the edge of the map so he doesn't get in the way) and then place your remaining groups. That way when you delete a group the selection will change to the igla guy and will not screw up other groups placement.
