fedaykin Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 How do I change the HUD brightness and/or contrast? It's very faint, I can barely see, especially if the background is bright. I didn't find any relevant info in the manual, only regarding the MFCDs.
_Heater_ Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 on the UFC PANEL, there is a button called "INTEN". The Intensity (INTEN) rocker switch controls HUD display brightness. 2 Simulatori: DCS A-10C II Warthog - DCS F/A-18C Hornet - DCS F-16C - VRS F/A-18E - HOTAS: TM Warthog - Cougar \ HP Reverb G2 \ WinWing Panels Tally: I see the degenerate commie who wants to ruin our day.
fedaykin Posted March 25, 2013 Author Posted March 25, 2013 Thanks, found it. Right under my nose, of course. But it's still no good. The maximum intensity is very faint :(
FreeFall Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 You could also try to switch the HUD DAY/NIGHT mode (AHCP Panel).
Nealius Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Check your brightness settings in your Nvidia (or CCC) control center. I had an old Nvidia card a while back that would wash out the HUD on many games and it turned out to have the brightness set way to high.
