Massive artifact after missile hit...

Happened after an aircraft got hit by a missile... suddenly the whole landscape in the immediate area was covered with this artifact.

 

Cause? Solution? Bandaid?

 

Looking for any of the above... Fog was on but very thin... early morning (7am or so) in April. No dynamic weather.

 

I'm driving a 680 with new drivers.

I had that once also. I think it was because the server did run an old mission file but I may be wrong. I had MODs installed and did not post it. Was this in SP or MP?

Can your reproduce this in the editor? Fog, weather etc?

 

Is it only this mission?

 

What version is your nvidia driver?

Have seen it once, middle of last year, but have not seen it since DCS world has been about. No idea what caused it, but all clients could see it.

I probably couldn't reproduce- It happened in a weird way... I was looking over my shoulder at a missile contrail that resulted in a hit on another aircraft... then a second hit... then my screen froze- thought I was going to get kicked... instead, everything came back but the result was the attached.

 

It was MP... but this is a brand new mission that I built... opened on the server computer before playing.

 

Drivers are the latest NVidia driver set-

 

In my situation I could see it but others could not.
