hassata Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 Hi: Sorry for the OT, but I am about to purchase a laptop, and I have many programs (Partition Managers, System Tools, Games) on my home pc that I am thinking of also installing on the new machine. Is it generally acceptable to install 1 program on two owned machines. I would be the only user of them. Thanks [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Woodstock Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 Read the EULAs (End User License Agreements) of the programmes. You will find there if you are allowed to install the software on more than one computer. "For aviators like us, the sky is not the limit - it's our home!"
peterj Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 As far as i know most EULA's only allow you to install the software on one computer. Thought it might be considered acceptable amongst most people :)
Yellonet Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 Yes, it is acceptable. Most of the times, no. i7-2600k@4GHz, 8GB, R9 280X 3GB, SSD, HOTAS WH, Pro Flight Combat Pedals, TIR5
