I saw it, must have been all the caps that caught my eye! :)

In the options menu you can assign a joystick or pedals axis to the tail rotor.

Otherwise check which keys are assigned to tail rotor left/right. Assign your own preferred keys if you wish.

If you still can't get the tail rotor to respond, let me know.

All of the controls are set in Options > Controls. If you have a joystick, you need to go to the "Axis Commands" category to see what flight controls are mapped to the joystick and delete any conflicts. If you don't have a joystick, you will find the keyboard commands in the "Ins Rudder" category.

Here's an imagine that may help:

Thanks for your help, but I have ins rudder assigned to both Z and X keys which were default, but they appear to do nothing, the pedals don't move.

I have tried assigning the INS rudder commands to myriad different keys and still get nothing.

Am I doing something wrong? Seems like a bug to me.

Yes you are and no it's not a bug.

Forget about the keys: Assign your pedals to the proper axis in the options menu.

I've got the same problem, whatever keys are assigned to rudder right and left, they don't work.

The other columns are clear, so no conflict of controls there.

I get up to a hover, and then just spin as no rudder control.

His solution of enabling rudder trim does not work for me.

It'll be something stupid, but I can't find it :(
