anyways...I just forgot to ask::

"IS there any possible reason to HOPE or expect walking tiny people in lomac...or is the engine too far to implement a skeletal system."???

I would definately say...its worth spending time at little ppl animations :D

adds a lot to the game.....sorry....SIM.

I agree... 'little people' (not midgets mind you) will be even more important now when we're supposed to fly low and slow ;)

Look at Carmageddon 2 for 'little people' implemented in a nice way, their really low poly but they would look ok from the air.

And there's literally hundreds in one map and they walk and do their thing.... until you run them over and their limbs fly off :biggrin:

I think Carmageddon 2 is the best racing game ever (maybe crashday or Carmageddon 4 will change that), especially because the realistic crash physics, not one game since carm2 had the same quality of damage moddeling. Carm2 is a joy to play, especially when using it as a crash simulator. Lomac has become "my carmageddon 2" of flight sims, as far as the Su-25t goes.

Great little video clip. Maybe it was just my speakers, but it sure sounded like they need to check that ropey sounding engine -LOL.

It sounds like the last MG I owned - just before the big end went and one of the pistons punched a hole the size of my fist in the engine block

Yep... it's pretty cool, especially when you think about that it's from 1999.

Nice damage model, loads of 'thinking' AI humans with detachable limbs... much stuff that many games today lack.

I'm thinking that ED should be able to implement 90's technology in LockOn ;)

Yes the Ka-50 is in service, although in very low numbers, and has apparently seen combat already in Chechnya. As usual the estimates differ a bit, I guess overall the number is in a similar range as with the Su-25T.

Glad to see the older AAA coming into the game ... interesting to see how accurate it is - more endless debates from us arm-chair pilots I guess!
