ED's ticket system is major f'ed up (that's putting it lightly) and they take FOREVER to respond. Their is a moderator over in the forum though that will help you out and there may be a solution already posted. Try to search function also!
Paganus Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 Do you have other modules installed (Black Shark)? If yes, is it owned under a different account name? If so... In DCS, you should use the same account that you used to purchase the products on digitalcombatsimulator.com. If you need to move a license to a different account, you can do so on this page: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/myserials.php The key will then be moved to the next account that uses it online. (NOTE: this does not move the related purchase information, this relates specifically to multiplayer.)

MemphisBelle Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 The account details you are using to log into the Masterserver need exactly be the same you are using for the digitalcombatsimulator.com hompage. Did you made sure that these are equal with each other? Did you already checked the Module Manager? What CD keys are beeing displayed there, are these exactly the same that you got? MemphisBelle Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 Yes, of course. That was the first thing I did... OK, in this case try this: http://en.wiki.eagle.ru/wiki/Invalid_hardware_code_issue If this wont work as well do the following steps. 1.) contact official support and report your issue. 2.) if support wont reply within a week, so let me know again, either by this thread or you can contact me directly via pm. I am sure that we´ll get this sorted Memphis BlackSharkDen | BSD Discord | DCS Tutorial Collection

My browser won't download that file, it interprets it as a video lmfao Right-click and save as. If the browser still does it (Internet Exploder?), simply rename it to the correct name after download. EtherealN Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Also, please note that "invalid serial number" in multiplayer is not related to registry and activations at all. It means that one of the keys you have installed are associated to an account other than the one you are using to log into the master server. All keys need to be on the same account. Go here: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/myserials.php You should see all keys you have there. Most likely you are missing your A-10C serial number - when it was released, it became assigned to the first username that used the key, not the user that purchased it (unless they are the same). In that case, simply log in to the account you used previously for multiplayer, and then navigate to that same page linked above and click to "unbind". It will then again be bound to the first user that uses it - so when you log in to multiplayer with your webshop account, it will be transferred to that one, and then you will be able to use it.
