Porky_pig, can i assume you ment

"change" instead of "phase" in your above post?

If you did meant "phase" then could you explain what your talking about?

Cause i have no idea of a changing temperature phase.

I think if he spelled it 'faze' it would have made sense.

Phase the temps - as in the temperatures werent altered or didnt deviate from the previous test.

Didnt think it mattered.

I have activated some more features and did a test of temperatures when playing online. I’m still holding an FPS of 60 most of the time  but when flying low it goes down to 50-55 but is still smooth as silk. Here are current settings and the temperatures after one hour online play in the F-15C, it maxes out at 55 degrees and I'm satisfied with that. The fans do not speed up much and the system is much more quiet than my previous AMD CPU rig.

Current ingame settings:

Temp after one hour play (column MAX is the right column):

Pretty awesome results you got there.

Think i just decided what CPU to buy, eventhough it has an (to me) useless GPU on board.

BTW, any of you ever made/modified there own computer casing?

Thinking of giving it a try so i can optimize it for cooling airflow and cable management.

Also going to try and "cool" the back side of the motherboard, see if it makes a difference to overall temps.

Well, I finally guess I got it cooled down enough...either that or I did some overclocking the wrong way. Im at 126 bclk @ 36 multiplier @ 4.51ghz running under load @ 1.375v and averaging 85c across all cores.

Interesting enough, the processors safety limit is 105c and 1.51v on the cpu voltage, straight from Intel. Obviously I wouldnt get there unless I had a water cooling setup with the radiator and fan hooked up inside a mini fridge sitting next to my computer (which will happen someday, I promise...).
