sykal Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 (edited) Hey Guys, DCS Just updated *TODAY*, and I just bought the P-51 module...but it looks like they didn't update the INSTALLER for the P-51...so it won't install in the newer DCS World folder... Any idea where I can get the latest P-51 installer file? Look like I need the P-51D 1.2.4.14196 installer- Edited June 27, 2013 by sykal

Echo38 Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Just to make sure--you're looking at the installers for the module and not the stand-alone, right? A thought--if you can install an older version of DCS World and the module (not sure where you'd get the older installer), you can then use the updater to automatically update to the latest version.

If a purchase is linked to your account, you should be able to select a module for installation. Afterwards you run an automatic update and the updater will install the module for you. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.

Gman Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Try it now again - fixed in the interim. Be sure to update entire install. I have downloaded and installed from the GUI but the P-51 still does not work. In fact, with it installed, nothing will work. I am not given the option to get an update.
