Model/Texture Clipping within a certain distance of the camera

So, at some point in the past week or two, all of a sudden, there is this bug/glitch where the game cuts off textures and models within a certain distance of the camera. It is noticable when you look back towards your wings, and you will see your weapons and wings cut off, sometimes you can see the airbrake cut off too in planes like the F-15. It also cuts off the ground texture the same way, and you can see the water underneath.

Anyone have any idea what affects this? I have tested it and I am 99% sure it is not a mod that's causing that.

I believe the ground clipping is an old bug from years past.

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

Have you modified any files in your DSC install or used modified files from previous versions? If so, run DCS Repair to bring it to default install.

I had tried that already, and I just tried it again. I disabled all mods I was using, ran the DCS repair, and it was still giving the exact same graphical glitch
