kontiuka Posted September 2, 2013 Posted September 2, 2013 Checked it out. Good stuff. Didn't know about the knee board thing. Thanks for the vid.
TurboHog Posted September 2, 2013 Posted September 2, 2013 Nice. I'll refer to this video for squadron mates :) One thing I miss in your video: I always tell people new to the Su-25 is that they have to wait with taxiing to allow the HSI to align. Navigation can go horribly wrong if you don't. It's a hidden feature that I reported as a bug, only to find out it is feature. 'Frett'
Dr_Arrow Posted September 2, 2013 Posted September 2, 2013 Thanks, it is a very nice tutorial - however the real Su-25 has only 3 enroute waypoints available and this is the cause that RSBN has only 3 lights. So in reality you wouldn't be able to have a route with 5-6 waypoints and if you keep in the realistic limits you won't have problems with RSBN signalization :)
lxsapper Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 Very helpfull videos. However in this one your description of the HSI usage is generaly correct but it's function it's not. I'll try to explain later.
