DCS 1.2.6 Multiplayer stutters

Problem: every 3-4 seconds, only in multiplayer, I'm experiencing micro-freeze with time-warping. Only on some missions though.

 

Ping 70-90 ms.

 

In the track the problem is not reproduced.

 

Since 1.2.6 I'm using only the A-10C.

 

What other info are needed to debuggers?

Yup same problem over here, both in SP & MP. It's a problem introduced in V1.2.6 (RAM usage has doubled on my end) so don't fret about it. There's no current fix other than to revert back to V1.2.5 which doesn't have the problem.

 

Things I've tried:

 

Nvidia 320.80 Driver

C++ 2010 32bit & 64bit re-install

DCS save game file rename

Complete re-install of DCS & Modules

Installed to Program Files instead of C:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS etc

 

I've given up trying to fix it at this point so if you'd like to try possible fixes your end go ahead but honestly you'll just be wasting your time. :thumbup:

no stutters but my RAm usage for DCS 1.2.6 has gone up to over 3.6gb.

Motherboard is a Gigabyte with Z68 chipset, CPU intel i7-2600 no OC.

Win7 64 bit,

RAM 8 gb ddr3

GTX 670 2gb,

nVidia drivers 314.07.

 

DCS is a fresh torrent install over an SSD drive, with lastest c++ and directx.

 

Peripherals: Hotas Warthog, trackir and saitek rudder pedals.

Might want to uninstall and re-install a fresh copy.

I and many others did the same this time around since it was basically a 2 gig patch (pretty close to everything changed anyhow.)

I tried patching with 1.2.6 my old 1.2.5 and went into this issue, so I re-downloaded the entire new 1.2.6 and modules via torrent.

Maybe attach a couple of your log files from saved games folder? You'll need to save them after each mission or attach both dcs.log and dcs.log.old.

 

Maybe there's something in there?
