I thought it would be nice to get a plastic model kit of a hip to do with my son and have it on my PC desk. Came across this and found it quite interesting, seems people go to extremes in lots of ways.

Hello Cibit,

Me too I like have the models (plastic or die cast) that I use with DCS on my PC desk and as I don't the time for created one "model kit" so I've bought few models (plastic) from internet, the brand is Easymodel.

For the moment I've bought one Mi-8 (Russia Air Force), one Mi-17 (Cech Republic Air Force) and one KA-50 (Russia Air Force).

In the future I will bought one or two P-51, A-10 and Huey...

Of course it's not detailed that one model kit but for me it's perfect and I can compare the size between the Mi-8 and the KA-50.

Here I join you the link of these model:

this guy is insane when it comes to attention to detail. I build models too and i love the scratch building stuff but i could never hope to emulate the work this guy does.

This was my last completed build:

It really is a great hobby. I would recommend it to anyone.
