javelina1 Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 I'm relatively new to DCSW. Just recently installed, and have been giving the Toad a nice workout. (I've been flying BMS Falcon for a bit now as well). I was planning to pick up a module, and was eyeballing the A-10C. I noticed the MFD's, they appear to be similar to the F-16's. Since I have my Thrustmaster MFD's all dialed in for BMS, (via another VGA LCD), I'm hoping that can be the case with A-10C. If so, I'm in!!!! I'll buy this bad boy ASAP... regards, -Jav MSI MAG Z790 Carbon, i9-13900k, NH-D15 cooler, 64 GB CL40 6000mhz RAM, MSI RTX4090, Yamaha 5.1 A/V Receiver, 4x 2TB Samsung 980 Pro NVMe, 1x 2TB Samsung 870 EVO SSD, Win 11 Pro, TM Warthog, Virpil WarBRD, MFG Crosswinds, 43" Samsung 4K TV, 21.5 Acer VT touchscreen, TrackIR, Varjo Aero, Wheel Stand Pro Super Warthog, Phanteks Enthoo Pro2 Full Tower Case, Seasonic GX-1200 ATX3 PSU, PointCTRL, Buttkicker 2, K-51 Helicopter Collective Control

javelina1 Posted November 28, 2013 Author Posted November 28, 2013 Plug and play. There is an issue with win 8 tho. However, there is a workaround thank you my friend. I'm using Win7 professional. I have the TM MFD's attached (via tape), to an old 15" LCD. and have been using BMS in Windows mode to use the native MFD extraction. Scarecrow Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 Exporting the Viewports in DCS kinda messes up the HDR bloom alignment. I run DCS without the HDR on:( 1
jmainjet Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 A-10c question Where is the OAT indicator? Is there a SAT/TAS read out? My pitot tube froze over however, my canopy showed no sign of ice. Once I found the pitot heat switch airspeed was restored.

lobo Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 Turn on your pitot heat before takeoff and turn it off after landing. OAT and TAS info both found on the CDU. :book: Where is the OAT indicator?
