SonofEil > only photoshop with a combination of posterize, oil paint, threshold, vibrance and levels. And I remove the sky before because the result of this combination looks bad on it. I use a color gradient instead. I only draw the Shilka bullets.

I flew in the Air Force with a Flight Engineer who did something similar on the back of the flight orders each flight. He'd draw a goofy comic with each person who was on the crew making some goofy comment.
