  2. Last night I was looking for the old flight simulators I flew in my younger years and I found this interesting website. The Flight Simulator Museum, all flight sims since 1980: http://www.migman.com/1980_combat.htm :pilotfly::):pilotfly::):pilotfly: It was so cool to see my first flight simulator I have ever flown, Strike Commander......it had a great story line and you had to fly missions for money.......AWESOME! http://www.migman.com/ref/1990_combat/StrikeCom/StrikeCom.htm Anyone else who flew this sim? Here are some youtube movies of Strike Commander: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Strike+commander&search=Search What sims did you fly?

  4. Hi all there, I don't remember to have seen something about the possibility of the amphibius means to cross or move itself into the water and arrive from a part to the terrain to another. (i mean the LAV-25, LVTP-7 and BRDM-2, etc, etc) And still more important the possibility to use the "Merge" command into multiplayer with the "Static Object that remain destroyed," saving for example a dynamics campaign into multiplayer. Someone knows a way to save destroyed objects in one mission already played and to leave again with those destroyed for the successive one? Thanks.

  5. А мне ниче так дизайн, понравился. Особенно девайс, который на репу цепляется. Почувствуй себя киборгом.

  6. Textures in LockOn may be saved : - in Bazar/TempTextures/, without compression (therefore, big files, high hardware load) - in a CDDS (compressed DDS) in Bazar/World/ (lighter files, better performance) The purpose of the "when possible, always install textures in CDDS files" function of ModMan is to ask ModMan to compress (in the default CDDS) the textures of the mods you want to install. - Function activated : ModMan will compress & place a texture.bmp file in a CDDS file. - Function no activated : ModMan will place a texture.bmp file in Bazar/TempTextures/ ------------------------ That what general remarks, now for your particular issue : I don't think the problem is related to the function described above. Some mods (the AdA mod is one of them) come with their "own" CDDS files (big collection of textures). As those CDDS are "new" (not default ones), you must "declare" them in order to allow LockOn to use the texture they contains. If not done, you'll have "white" plane and/or "black" cockpits. "Declaring" the new CDDS is done in the Config/Graphic.cfg file. The AdA mod and/or ModMan do this step automatically if you respect the instructions below : - with ModMan v6.0.0.13 (bкta) or lower (v5.x), use AdA mod v1.00 - with ModMan 6.2.0.0 or higher (your case), use AdA mod v1.01 If you can't solve your issue automatically, you may want to use the workaround described in the first item of the AdA mod FAQ => http://www.ada-mod.org/adamod/forum/viewtopic.php?id=339 Hope it helps :book: Cheers Az'

  7. As mentioned previously, we have decided to allow some formerly banned forum members to rejoin the boards. We do so in the hopes of their understanding of and agreement to all of the forum rules. Some of the banned members will remain so, primarily because we have no confidence in their ability to adjust to our policies. Without publicizing a list of names, we leave it up to those members who wish to return to check in and see their status. Any questions on the matter should be directed to the forum staff via PM. Thank you.

  9. I've read through this thread and I am extrememly happy at all the interest in LOCERF 2 dragony: Sorry for the delay in response I have been really busy with real life. 2 all: I will accomodate all 20 pilots. The only caveat is that you may have to be flexible on the airframe that you recieve. So far you have only requested 4 Su-25t's and the mission will require more. Once I recieve all requests on Saturday, I will have a better idea of the airframes available and I will give you more information. It will be up to dragony to decide who gets what aircraft. I will post mission specific breifings along with general rules this weekend on 159th forums. I will require your flight leads to register at www.the159th.com/forum in order to read those briefings. I will leave it up to them to translate them but make sure that the translations are posted on a private forum so that BlueFor (opposition) does not see them. P.S. We will be using JaBoG32 ATC version 1.41 for LOCERF. You may want to assign a Russian speaking ATC and FAC/GCI to ease in flight communications. More information to follow. S! 159th_Fudd
