hello, i have already posted on other forum some pict of this project. i am actually stucked with translations of labels on different panels. do you think that i could find help on this forum where there should be russian talking players ? I am also searching the file that gives that orange ambiant light in cockpits. someone told me that it is called "kabinlight" do you have more information about it's main file? С моей личной точки зрения, в данном случае это читерство. Все равно что на части самолетов в сети включить круговой радар, например. Но это находится исключительно на усмотрении хозяев сервера - они и только они устанавливают "правила игры" у себя, они хозяева, остальные гости. Хотят они летать в таких условиях и пусть себе летают, это тоже личный выбор человека. А противодействие этому может быть только одно - сделать свой сервер интереснее. Интереснее не предоставлением преимущества какой-то из сторон типа навески на Су-33 12*Р-77 , а более красивыми и осмысленными миссиями, требующими слаженной работы. Хотя это, конечно, трудно. Это личная точка зрения вирпила. Добавлено. Кстати, там на 104-м самолеты представлены примерно в равной степени для обеих сторон. А F-15 действительно хорошая и достойная машина - если не играть в политику.2 points

Что-то очень дьявольское... Это не читерство? А то как то все просто. Раз! Мод, прибамбахи какие-то. Чем тогда отличается человек в версии 1,12 у которого параллельно запущен ещё один комп с Jabog или Lotac, где отображается вся тактическая обстановка? Тут нужно четко и ясно провести линию. Если они (RvE) пользуют этот мод только на своем серваке, то ради бога, пусть. Но чтоб они не смогли юзать эту тему на наших серваках. А то условия все же неравные получаются.2 points

If you ever flew Falcon 4, then you are probably familiar with the cockpit trainer for that sim. This is very similar, but much more detailed. When you mouse over buttons, switches, and guages, a pop-up window will give a brief description of that item. Some items are clickable giving you an even more detailed description. This Cockpit Trainer was developed by a fellow War Hawks member, WH_Snacko, for our squadron Training Module. But once we saw the level of detail Snacko had put into this, we knew we could not keep it for ourselves. War Hawks Training Module Full War Hawk members have access to all training courses, but some are open to the public. The cockpit trainer can be accessed by clicking on the above link. You can then scroll down to find the KA-50 Cockpit Trainer in the Blackshark specific area of our training module. You will be prompted to log in or view as a guest. What is LEAVU2? Lockon External Avionics Upgrade 2.0 is a mod being developed for Fc2 LEAVU2 is a software package written in JAVA designed to be used for displaying interactive cockpit flight instruments and ingame data on external screens. OpenGL is used to render LEAVU2 2D and 3D instruments, and keyboard and mouse input is captured to allow for interactive user input. Touch screens are also fully supported, as is running the software on multiple separate computers connecting to the same game computer. ( Thank you Schizwiz for making the video! ) LEAVU2 aims to provide a high performance and low cpu usage solution for displaying these instruments realtime, at high enough framerates such that they will be performance wise indistinguishable from ingame instruments when playing. Data is sent from lockon to LEAVU2 over maintained tcp connections at high update rates, and there is support for multiple display computers connecting to the same game computer. If a connection is lost at any time, LEAVU2 will automatically try to repair that connection. One example is for example when restarting missions. There are also thoughts for supporting data input into the sim from LEAVU2 through lua commands directly to lockon, but that is currently not implemented. LEAVU2 has support for any touch screen or normal screens. Cockpit instruments can be drawn both with a GUI ( buttons etc ) and window frame, or if preferred, as a pure OpenGL display. Each display and instrument can also optionally support mouse and/or keyboard input directly, which can allow you to build a physical cockpit setup around them. This means we will get a little less powerful MFD/datalink, but this is sufficient for our purposes. We currently have the following interactive MFD pages : HSD, SMS, FCR and RWR * LEAVU datalink, provides data for the MFD project above * LEAVU threat specific TEWS/RWR sounds. Think Falcon4 how it has specific threat sounds depending on what threat type it sees. Leavu2 has this same capability, to replace the ingame RWR sounds with a much wider and realistic variety of threat sounds. You will need to provide the audio files yourself however. The current mechanisation of changing between CCIP and CCRP for bombs in the SU27/33/25T and MIG29 is unbelievably clunky. i.e. if Pitch angle is , < -10 degrees then CCRP is the active mode after designating and holding down the pickle button. If Pitch angle is > than -10 degrees then CCIP is the active delivery mode. This is so clunky I cannot believe it is modelled correctly as from a pilots point of view it would be classed unacceptable. In western types there is a clear selection method (switch or FCS programming) to select between CCIP and CCRP modes. This is reflected in the FC2 A10 which has a CCIP/CCRP keybinding. Doing a little research (though only on the MIG29) leads me to think that the Russian mechanisation is done by switch action as well and not as a function of Pitch angle as implemented in FC2. A translated MIG29 weapons manual describes the method of selection using a mode switch on the ACS panel on the top left of the instrument panel. Amongst the selections on this switch are "PITCH" and "OPT" ...for Optic. the Translated manual references the PITCH selection to DIVE/TOSS ... aka CCRP, and the OPTIC selection to CCIP. Though I don't have the SU27/SU33 references I think the mechanisation would be similar.... same goes for the SU25T. It would be nice for FC to incorporate this manual selection. The same Key command for the A10 could be used. Then the pilot could use CCRP in a realistic fashion.1 point

At the Warfield Theater: So a while back my older brother and I hear that FNM is finally coming back to the States on their reunion (-ification) tour and we sprung for floor seats for the first of three shows. That turned out to be a great idea as all three nights sold out in quick succession (albeit three months in advance). Having seen videos of the band performing in Europe in past months we knew the show was going to be great. So this Monday came up and we got to the show around 830PM to find the special guest on stage having just started. When they said special they weren't kidding, we walked in to find none other than Jello Biafra and Klaus Flouride of the Dead Kennedy's performing to house full of people who didn't either know them or recognize them. Songs about sexually abusive catholic priests and hit n' runs in SF over the holidays ensued........ The next act was appropriately and equally bizarre and entertaining (as well as unexpected) as the Barbary Coast Cloggers a (heavy metal type of burlesque act) lip synced and danced to the likes of Tool and others...... Sounds pretty bizarre but it was hilarious and entertaining to all! They were sporadically interrupted by insult comedian Neil Hamburger who also served as MC for the entire show, he mostly told but groaners but man were they some gross jokes! Finally FNM takes the stage opening to the cover "Re-United" (yes the R&B Peaches & Herb song lol, flawless rendition BTW). From there they screamed into "From Out of Nowhere" and into the night. Rough set-list: Reunited From Out of Nowhere Land Of Sunshine Caffiene Evidence Ashes to Ashes Suprise, You're Dead Stripsearch Just A Man Jizzlobber Easy (Lionel Richie Cover) This Guy's In Love (Burt Bacharach Cover Flawless lol) Epic more..... (memory going now lol) So by the end of the show I'm wondering why I paid money to go see a band that performed so flawlessly I could have just stayed home and listened to the albums. Exactly they put on that good of a show, by far the best performance I've ever seen live (and I've been to some great shows). FNM is one hell of a talented band and anyone that knows FNM knows Mike Patton's singing has always been outstanding. He's not a metal singer, rock singer, soul singer JUST a singer. If FNM comes to a city near you DO NOT miss it! It really is something to behold! I'm still in awe over the fact that I essentially got to see the Dead Kennedy's perform as well as the outstanding show FNM put on. The history behind both bands is legendary. To quote Jello Biafra: "There are only two types of people in the world today, those that have Iphones and those that WILL have Iphones." Edit: I'm one of the ones that WILL have an Iphone as at 15ft from the stage I couldn't get a decent picture of anything w/ my walkman phone.1 point

I Have only the put in the most common ones and have strung commands together to make them quicker to say. You do have to remember the radio commands structure a little more this way be when you get use to it it is much better and has less recognition mistakes. Lots of the voice commands shorten 4 key presses into one command. and it is more realistic to speak to the tower and ground crew. In game Radio structure: Radio-maintenance-refueling-100% Key presses: --------------# ------ F7-------- F4---- -F4 Becomes. Думаю необходимо считать применение по бомбам, а не по тем касеетам, которые в ней находятся. Так же и по неуправляемым ракетам. К примеру С-8 - считать попадание не каждой ракеты из 20 штук а общее количество пораженных целей от ракет с одного блока. Хотя основное требование по мне - одиная методика подсчета.1 point

Данная тема обсуждается обширно в Англоязычных сквадах. Сейчас блокировать такого рода моды можно с использованием проверки файлов. Но есть одна большая проблема, либо товарищи которые хотят использовать этот мод ставят его у себя на сервере и тогда те у кого нету этого мода не смогут летать на нем из за не совпадении файлов, или просто проверку не делают... что сейчас похоже выигрывает. Получается что те кто не знают о нем летают не зная... а те кто используют им весело :) Ну а так же из за не проверки Экспортных скриптов можно кучу других "модов" или "читов" прикрутить. Линия между читом и модом в данном случае ооочень тонкая.1 point

Я тоже не специалист ганзо, но все таки реализация ВПУ в ГС2 кажется намного реалистичнее. Все таки попадание даже одного 20-30мм снаряда в "летающюю емкость с топливом" имеющую сложную техническую конструкцию и напичканную различными системами вдоль всего корпуса - это действительно не шутка...1 point

I pride my self on calling my self first a falcon pilot then, any other sim pilot.... I flew the flanker series, then the lockon series then FC1 and FC2, along with many many sims over the years. Over the years i picked up falcon after being in the flanker/lockon community and believe me... till this date nothing comes close.... yes yes no matter what anyone says falcon still is the king of sims, particularly F4AF due to its stability and extra features. Lockon is not a sim, so dont expect that when you fly it... Yes it does have few elements of realism in a sim, but they are few and far between. You will not find the dynamic campaign and nowhere near the complexity of planning that you have in falcon nor the weapons. It's more of get in the jet and go kill stuff, which is not a bad thing, and is fun from time to time. However long term as a falcon pilot you might get bored of the repetitiveness that you will witness in Lockon and the arcade style approach to flying done by many. Few squadrons do obviously employ or try to employ a realistic approach though. All i can say is don't expect realism or you will be disappointed fast, but you can expect to have many hours of fun in FC2, it is a big improvement over FC1. With that being said however, DCS:Blackshark is realistic and is a sim! I hope this has been objective answer for you, have fun and happy simming err gaming! :-)1 point

Правда, планируемая цена будет гораздо меньше $7. Всё зависит от магазина, от его наценки. Сейчас ведутся переговоры по этому поводу. Что кроме "сфукоф" от "мурло" в "Отряде Вергеева". Сюжет. Раз. Два - очень близкие к реальности условия и ситуации. Реальности, может быть 80%, остальные 20 необходимы для сопровождения сюжета и "кушаются" ограничениями самого редактора "ЧА". Эти ограничения и складывают малую цену. Собираемся ли мы заработать на этом? Нет, это очевидно. Когда мы озвучили свои, с позволения сказать, "бизнес-планы" своим потенциальным партнерам, в ответ получили изумлённое: "И это по-вашему бизнес?!" Почему же не даром? Да, потому, что не даром. Поэтому. Любой труд должен иметь награду. А здесь труд немалый. Одна миссия может, в среднем, требовать 28 часов работы сценариста, программиста, звукорежиссера, 4 актеров (в среднем), переводчика, тестеров и консультанта. Это не оправдание, а иллюстрация. Никому на мораль я не давлю и не собираюсь. Каждый поступает соответственно остроте собственной совести. Наша совесть говорит о том, что любая копейка (цент) принесенная "Отрядом Вергеева" - честно заработана. Соответственно поступает и тот, кто спешит развешивать ярлыки. Соответственно своей совести, или её отсутствия. Кроме того, ценник и согласие с ним - своего рода индикатор для "мурло", а делает ли он действительно что-то стоящее, или так, возомнил себе что-то "по-мурловски", "открыло хотелку"? Может быть для ЧА достаточно "Командировки", а в остальном достаточно и налетов на "корованы".1 point

ИМХО, ослаблять Ф-15 на серверах - делать только хуже. Такой протекционизм приведет к тому, что русские вирпилы в массе своей окажутся небоеспособны против "нормального" западного противника, точно так же как Автоваз, оберегавшийся многие десятилетия от конкуренции, не может близко подойти к европейцам/японцам. Уважаемые разработчики! Если не ошибаюсь, как-то читал на форуме, что в жизни береза умеет определять госпринадлежность источника излучения. Если это правда, можно ли ждать, что это когда-то будет реализовано? Это существенно помогло бы применять некоторые тактики на наших самолетах (возвращаясь к теме).1 point

Great Grimes, I´ve just tested and it works almost perfectly. The only thing left now is that after the 3rd explosion (or the 4th, or whatever) the loop begins again. PS: Would be great to have a While Do looping system! Edit: Ok, I´ve figured it out! I have to add another "set flag 1" to the last explosion and the loop starts again! Oh man, That sounds like fun! Switched Condition> Time Since Flag 1 (2) > Set Flag 2, Explode 1 Switched Condition> Time Since Flag 2 (2), Flag 1 is True > Set Flag 3, Explode 2 Switched Condition> Time Since Flag 3 (2), Flag 1 is True > Set Flag 4, Explode 3 and so on. As long as flag 1 is true the explosions will happen, once flag 1 is false they will stop. Once they leave the zone do a "Clear All" condition where it clears all of the flags that activate the flak, so it never gets "stuck" anywhere in the triggers.1 point

Сравнивать Ка50 с Ми 28 Н некоректно. Ведь Ка 50 Ш не чем не уступает Ми 28 Н. Если бы в России были деньги, на вооружение были бы приняты обе машины и тогда не было бы никакой дискуссии кто лучше. Вопроснадо ставить по другому: лучше ли оба героя от,скажем, Апача. По живучести и защите-да. А по боевой эфективности-к сожалению нет. основная задача вертолёта- уничтожение танков. Вихрь (2А4172) устарел. Хотя лазерно-лучевая система и хороша, этого недостаточно. Дальность пуска 8000м-мало. Атака вродебы ничего, но радарная система тоже мало. А вот Хэллфайр имеет как минимум 6 модификаций. Самые совершенные имеют комбинированную систему наведения по лазеру, по радару, по инфраследу. Это делает американскую машину более эфективной и независимой от погоды, так как лётчик сам выбирает с помощью чего ему надо навести ракету в каждом отдельном случае. По этому вертолёт вертолётом, но и об АСП не нужно забывать. Что касается воздушного боя, то с вихрями против стингеров и садвиндеров идти в бой безполезно. Вихрь это ракета воздух-земля. И с этим ничего не поделаещь. По этому имеет смысл добавить в арсенал акулы ракеты Игла-В или Р 73. Ка 52 имеет спереди радар с АФАР. Было бы хорошо еслибы он мог применять хотябы Р 27Р.Первый этап госиспытаний проходил с ПУ на 6 ракет Игла-В. С таким оружием шансы выиграть воздушный бой резко повышаются.1 point

Все это пустые разговоры. Нормальные ракеты в ГС-2.0:thumbup: , и способы ухода где то проще, просто нужно понять суть поведения ракеты, а не уповать на диполи как на панацею... В сквадах в настоящее время ведутся тренировки по разработке новых методов ухода от ракет в ГС-2.0. В нашей группе ведутся, и не безуспешно. Уже изучен один очень эффективный прием ухода от активных ракет. Внутри сквада я думаю эти приёмы будут внедряться среди односквадовцев, а вот на всеобщий доступ, увы... у каждого своя голова за плечами (как любил говаривать М.С. Горбачев):)1 point
