I just updated and replaced the files (like every time it updates) and it works for me. I'm not using helios though. Try replacing the names that Helios gives to the MFDs in the lua file with LEFT_MFCD and RIGHT_MFCD. That's actually a very good point. It has 4 M4 screws in the back. I mounted mine to both a simpit and also a desk chair using right angles: Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to be building more. I have recently built one, and the other one is actually the one in the pictures, which is mine own. I will be selling this one too in a few weeks, since I'm building the left console and it's going to come with the collective on it, so I won't have use for a "standalone" unit like this one, but I don't plan on building more of them. However, in my youtube channel, I do explain how to build them, if you want to try that. Regards

What's a CTD? I don't think nothing happened, just the convoy started to move. Then I go ahead following the road and just a bit later (only a few hundred yards) it crashes.

hey sir, I've been trying this mission for the last couple of days (I tried it 3 or 4 times) and it always crashes my game. I'm not sure if it's a me (my computer) thing, or a DCS thing, but it always crashes at the same spot, shortly after I rendevouz with the convoy at AA53, which leads me to believe there may be some trigger or something causing it to crash. Any chance you can check it out?

I think it's possible it's a mission issue, as it always crashes at the same spot, so maybe some of the triggers are causing it to crash.

I was trying to play a user fixed apache mission found in this thread yesterday, and it crashed the two times I tried (I didn't want to try a third one). I tried it today and realized it was broken. I'll try one of those user modified ones to see if they work. Are you aware of any other of the default missions being broken as well?

I hadn't thought of saving it as a preset. That actually does work, and it's indeed a valid solution, thank you for pointing it out!

Didn't know you could actually manually type in the resolution while in game. That's another good workaround, very similar to modifying the config.lua file. However, it does have the drawback of having to restart the game when you change it, so I think my request is still valid, or at least it would be acceptable to do that same thing of editing the resolution, but in the launcher, so you wouldn't need to restart the game. Hello ED Team. I have a monitor setup that looks like this: Screen 1 is a 4k TV I use as my main game monitor. Screens 2 and 3 are small LCDs I use to export MFDs and monitor 4 is a side 1920 monitor I use outside of the game (for OBS, spotify, ...). For this reason I would like to limit my game resolution to screens 1, 2 and 3. However, it is not possible to select such resolution in the dropdown list. I can select a variety of combinations, which include all 4 monitors (6016 x 3120), or monitors 1 and 4 (6016 x 2160), but I can't select the vertical combination that I would require, 4096 x 3120: Of course I could rearrange the monitors, but I have them arranged similarly to how they are physically mounted in my desk. Otherwise, moving the mouse around between monitors can get very confusing. As a workaround, I can set such resolution by manually modifying the options.lua file, but I don't always play with that resolution (i.e. if I'm playing CA I usually only play with the small 1920 monitor), so when I want to go back to using the 4K and mfds, I have to modify the file once again. Is this something that could be considered as a useful request?

Ah yes, you are right, didn't notice that. But there are other devices that do it, a bit more expensive, but not as much as the ones mentioned above (though to be fair, those are for more than one hdmi port)

It's not an APU. It's a ryzen 9 5900X I believe. So that leaves me with the matter of how to plug a 5th screen

Hi everyone. I'm building an apache cockpit (kind of) and I already have: Main game monitor Secondary monitor (for OBS, or other PC stuff) Two small 1280 x 960 lcds for the MPCDs With these, I already used the 4 ports in my 3090, but I just finished the TEDAC, which also has a small 800 x 600 lcd, but I don't know where to plug it. I'm not sure if I could plug it to the motherboard hdmi port or that's just for the APU if you don't have a dedicated GPU, but even if I could, I plan on adding a eufd in the future, so I would still need to add more monitors. I bought this some time ago: https://amzn.eu/d/fsdIfnc but didn't notice it requires a thunderbolt 3 port, which I don't have (mobo is an MSI X470 gaming plus max) Any suggestions? Can anyone confirm if I can use the mobo hdmi for now?

Thank you @MAXsenna. That actually gave me a hint of what needed to be done and seems like it's working now. I had to overwrite some files in the aircraft folder, I didn't remember about that.

Somehow I managed it to work. Next step, get openkneeboard to work.
