Hello i noticed that there are not Threat Circles on the SA page around air defenses, is there any way to enable them?

I can reset the system back to normal by reducing speed below 200K and flaps set to half and back to auto (gear down and up if needed) and this works for a check trim warning reset also.

It is also broken in Worlds apart campaign and some other maps.

It is like the i cannot select contacts at times. I will have to extend my testing.. sorry for disturbing if not a problem.

Ok guys i found what was wrong. I had a double key bind assigned (alt-') for SCW and it wasn't working even it showed that it was working on control options, now i assigned it to (J) and it works perfectly. :) Thank you all!

Hello, i Set the IFF mode from UFC to On and the below 20 miles with NCTR on or off i press the Sensor switch depress with cursor over a target or STT locked and the target is never interrogated regardless of the conditions or if it is friendly - hostile, it always shows yellow - unknown. It used to work automatically in RWS mode with the cursor over a target but now it doesn't. What do i wrong?

I mean that whenever a contact is unknown (yellow) or ambiguous and i get closer than 20 miles, it stays unkown even if i depress the sensor switch. 2 updates before in RWS mode the IFF interrogation was happening automatically whenever my radar cursor was over a contact and closer than 20 miles.

also the IFF of the hornet is not working anymore 2 updates before, can anyone confirm?

Hello guys. Whenever i lock a target with a missile selected (Aim-120 or Aim-9) my steering dot cue is always at the center of the TD box regardless if enemy's beaming or changing heading. Is there a way to activate the steering dot so i can lead the missiles at the shot?

Hello, after the last two updates there is an issue with the active radar contacts and the datalink. Whenever my radar has active radar contacts on screen the links are overlapped and the contacts are shown as unknown even if IFF interogation is made. Only way to fix this temporarily is to manual erase contacts in RWS for a temporary show of link contacts or move the antenna or azimuth outside of contacts line of sight. I hope others can confirm the problem so i won't need a trackfile. Thank you.

I understand your point and you are very right, but is the real ALR-67 showing signal strength? If yes it should be modeled in Game for us DCS F-18 operators to have "better sa" Only a real F-18 pilot could answer about this.

I cannot believe that a newer type of RWR like the ALR-67 shows just bearing to threat and thats all for a 60+ million worth jet.

In the F-16 i know that the missile has lost its kinematic energy when the symbol is moving outwards, or a contact at my six cannot shoot me if it is on the outer ring.

Hello again, Just found out that my F-18's TGP (only mine. Others do not.) has accuracy issue at all maps conditions. I didn't make a track file but i made a video. Version is the latest Open beta 2.5.6.57264 and it does that before the last update. Could this be due to corrupt installation or something?

How come in the F-16 does the M Symbol change position in relation to the threat circle distance then? I mean that in the F-16 the contacts and missile symbols are progressive.

Got it, but is it so hard to be fixed? RWR is a major contributor in Situational awareness and without it functioning like it should the hornet will be inferior in this aspect.

Hello. While being chased by aim -120 missiles the position of the M symbol on the RWR is always steady in distance at the inner threat circle and it never changes distance threat relative like it does in the F-16. This way i never know when the missile has lost the pursuit capability and i keep spending fuel to evade it.. Could this be changed to make this great aircraft even better? Thank you.
