а я не знаю на каком процессоре. вон Ret пишет, что у него FPS=60..120. я хочу столько же FPS, но, возможно, без красивостей. потому что на аэродроме в кабине су-25 у меня 20 ФПС. система довольно старая, и я хочу узнать, что же мне стоит приобрести: процессор conroe побыстрее (а может быть, и celeron 420 буду разгонять), или видеокарту с архитектурой 8800. вроде, фрогфут (если склероз меня не обманывает) писал, что с покупкой данной штуки у него фпс возрос от 20 до 45 и выше. возможно, что-то оно "быстрее ускоряет", чем более простые и ранние карточки. это то, что я хочу знать. в чём фпс?

а ещё вопрос. а если с таким процессором, но с видяхой попроще, ну соответственно на минимальных настройках, то какой будет фпс?

I beleive they've (army) got some "hand-made" reasons, why mig flied over gruzian border. and a meaning of a "border" in that area is a little bit dummy - a drone was hit over the sea, and nobody has fixed an aircraft coordinates and confirm that the plane have crossed the border... so just nobody cares about the incedent since there is no evidence.

попробую выразить словами. не знаю как вбить в поиск. чувак писал, что локон у него идёт с фпс ~30. там, где у всех 20. и то ли этому поспособствовала наворочанная видюха (типа 8800), то ли процессор core duo. дескать, ниже 30 фпс и не падает. я хочу знать, чо он прикупил или сделал для этого! а то годы! прошли а фпс прежний.... помогайте камрады.

well mig-29a has a small keyboard in the cabin. pilot (or groung personel) can input data into it using some king of commands set. the whole keyboard keys count is like on the usual poket calculator. there is a scanned manula in russian in the internet where waypoint programming process is described. i havn't read it thoroughly, but it seems that: 1) special coordinate system exist in the device, coordinates may be given both in that system or in standart world navigation system (dunno how is it in english). 2) waypoints may be programmed in flight as well as on the ground. 3) aircraft can receive several data (and, maybe, waypoint coordinates, i don't remember) from the secure radio channel in flight. so, there is a little numpad to the right, he just pushes the buttons..

this is performed with special (military) programm gears and linear valve computers. this equipment weight together with radar is about 1/4 - 1/3 of the total aircraft weight. alas, gears running at 100'000s RPM's and running-wave valves can not run long, and need a replacement every 10-20 flight hours. some divisions can not perform any of military tasks due to lack of spare valves and gears. that's because a biggest factory, producing them, situating in Kiev, and another one can not provide enough valves for all needs. in addition, that gears are alse used in russian tv-sets and cars, so military aviation is not only industry suffering from the lack of fine components supply... hope that helps.

раз на то пошло... если есть программа, использующая web-камеру для управления обзором, то можно приделать ту же камеру для отслежывания "тыкания пальцем в нарисованную панель приборов". но это же шухер, клиника! а если кто-нибудь увидит!

well, 150Gb 10k sata drive must be a wd raptor drive, right? I beleive it has high enouh performance to do something else just for gaming. As I found it, when "they" talking about "design, scientific and some heavy apliications, but not games", they are not intact with some facts in modern games ;) for example, with lockon 1.1 I had switched some settings in the "my computer" properties to acheive the maximum framerate and to minimise frame drops. I swithed priority to "background applications" and memory usage to "to maximise system cache size". it has not modified average framerate, but eliminated the freezes, appeared when I switched from plane to plane, as terrain graphics loaded. and dual core is something that will not help you play lockon. feel free to search the forum for quaestions like "why the second core has no load?"

в общем, это тебе нужно поковырять export.lua , там все параметры указаны, которые можно прописать и какие данные будет выдавать при этом локон. сторонние программки, насколько мне известно, не используют в своем коде что-либо, имеющее отношение к lua. они просто посылают udp пакеты (или там tcp?), и принимают ответные пакеты.

вот она какая, трава в локоне...

а охлаждать проц с обратной стороны - это вообще нестандартная идея. оно и правильно - проц потребляет ватт этак 60, а напряжение у него - 1.5 - 1.8 вольт. при таком токе будут греться медные дорожки и контакты в сокете.

кстати. миссия с бомберами, взлетающими с аэродрома с ядерными ракетами - это уже информация о "составе стратегических ядерных сил российской федерации". ст. 275 ук рф.

а мне вот что интересно - в нашей армии заказывают симулятор а-10с?

there is a setting in 'control panel' (in left upper corner) for forum language. but I'm in doubt you can swith it while it is in russian too ;)
