(AND I MEAN MAX !!) The I5 2500K is incredible at OC. I'm at 4.5 now with very low temps. and will be pushing to 5.0 plus soon. In my opinion you'll be glad you chose the sandy bridge CPU whether it be the I7 2600K or the I5 2500K.

I just put this together about 2 weeks ago. I know you dont need it all. but in my opinion the 2600K isnt worth the extra $$$ if mostly used for gaming like me. The ram i bought is outstanding and on the ASUS QVL. The whole package went together really well.

I just bought the same case for a build. I went with the thermalright silver arrow. It was on sale at Micro Center for $59 i couldn't resist. It's almost the same (but a little better):) as the NH-D14.

Hey ED, These are the spec's from your site you require to play FC 2.0. I'd like to see a video using these spec's where you have decent playable FPS. And I don't mean just you flying around with nothing going on in the mission. Minimal system requirements: Windows XP, Vista, 7; CPU P4 2 GHz; RAM 2 Gb; Video nVidia/ATI 256 Mb RAM, DirectX9; 6 Gb of free space on HDD; Sound card; Copy protected, requires internet activation. Recommended system requirements: Windows XP, Vista, 7; CPU Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD X2; RAM 3 Gb; Video 512 Mb RAM (ATI Radeon HD4850 or nVidia GF8800), DirectX9; 6 GB of free space on HDD; Sound card; Copy protected, requires internet activation; Joystick. I ask because my equipment easily meets the recommended. And no matter what I do to rectify the issue, 8 to 12 fps just doesn't cut it for decent game play. Thanks
