Тhere were wip 3d cockpits of A-10A, F-15, Su-27 already done in 2008. The screenshots of F-15 and su-27 pits however disappeared, you can find only screenshots of A-10A (first post). As you can see we are talking about Eagle Dynamics quality here, so I'll doubt that anyone will whine about them being ugly. I hope the developers put these 3d pits in good use :) Why waste all that good work?

This was one great aerial display. And I really liked the Vulcan model. Can you post some screenshots of it?

Here are some new stuff that I would wanna see in the upcomming FC3: 1. 3d pits: Please, oh please don't throw this beauty in the recycle bin: If my memory doesn't lie me, there were also WIP pits of Su-27 and F-15. There's also this russian dude OnePride, who is doing Su-25 3d pit and ED can collaborate with: It will be great if we have new 3d pits in FC3. I don't ask for click-able multifunctional pits like in DCS: A-10C and BS2. Just beatufull 6 DOF eye candy pits (old ones look so outdated). 2. Simplified A-10C: I would love to fly the new A-10C in simulation that is not that complicated as DCS level. I don't want to learn and remember combinations of 10 buttons just to drop a bomb or fire the gun. I have enough mind boggling tasks in my everyday life and sims like DCS and BMS 4 are no fun for me. All I care is the feeling of flying (great flight model) and the beautiful graphics. I really hate all that clickology. If you take the A-10C and model it in the level of detail as Su-25T will be GREAT!!! 3. More countries and AI combat aircraft. I wish there were more countries to choose from and more planes to fight with (especially french and swedish planes).

Well, since there's no Su-17 template, I modified an existing skin on lockonfiles.com to create a BuAF one: Flying the Su-17m4 with EFA mod is PURE fun!!! I really hated the slow Su-25T, but now with this kind of power and speed it's much more pleasant to fly ground sorties. Too bad you can't fold your wings and have different flight characteristics. :(

:thumbup: Absolutely!!! This is a big era in combat aviation with LOTS of interesting airctafts. It's a shame that there's no decent SIM covering that period. (Strike Fighters, Wings over Vietnam/Europe/Israel are kinda OK, but still far from the decent realism).

It's not about free updating or whatever. All I see is that there are two products that are obviously compatible, even the directory structure is similar. I think that the work which ED dev team put to update BS can be easily done to FC2. Even a forum member managed to merge the A-10C beta with FC2. Is it fair to have double standards for different products?

Dear ED team (and mainly management), since you are updating DCS: Black Shark why don't you update and "Flaming Cliffs 2", too? I don't think that will be very difficult for you since the two products are already compatible. I as any other DCS:BS user paid a fair price for this product (FC2) and would like to see it updated regularly.

The title says it all. Is there a template file for the Su-17? I've seen some mods and different textures created by the community but couldn't find any tamplates... :(

Here's one easy way you can make it more realistic: Press Rctrl + H, to change color of the MFD to yellow. Then use Setka Mode (press 8 ).

hmmm, looking in the left upper corner of your screenshot, I think I see custom scenary build. Is it?

Almost done with my BuAF skin:

@ AirTito: I don't think there's BuAF skin for Beczl's Mig-21 yet. So I started doing one, but I'm a total noob in modding and inserting skins in FC2. So any help will be appreciated. What is the best way to add new skin to this mod or replace an old one? I opened "\Bazar\World\_MIG-21.cdds" with CDDSExplorer and found that all the mig-21bis model textures are there. So what I have to do next?

Having tons of fun with this mod last 2 days: Thank you Beczl for your hard work. This mod is great, the flight model is amazing and is really enjoying to fly this bird. And quick suggestion: Is it possible to change the HUD and MFD color from green to yellow? I think it will look a little bit more authentic this way.

Bezl said it before like 100 times. Mig-21bis will use the F-16 slot but with modified flight model similar to that of a Mig-21.
