Correct me if I am wrong.. this should see all A10c servers now right? My A10c works fine and shows a dozen servers online.. I see no servers when in Black Shark 2? Firewall is clear for program.. looks like Ports are the same no? So whats the problem?

I think the big part BS1 owners get besides the engine and graphics..is the quick mission feature that the A10c has.. you can now make as many different scenarios as you wish on the fly.. that in itself is worth the upgrade.. although I own the steam version.. I can't wait for the fix.. i will buy it outright.. STILL the best damn Heli in the air on a PC...

To be honest..I own flaming cliffs 2 also..along with a10c.. nothing that great in A10c that would make me purchase it again over flaming cliffs 2.. do yourself a favor.. get lockon platinum which has lockon and flamingcliffs 2 combined.. and run it with your black shark 1.. there are mods out for both.. and platinum can be had as cheaply as this upgrade that is not for steam users anyways.. or just wait on Microsoft Flight coming 2012.. obviously..all my own opinion.. others may vary.. I can't keep supporting a company that does not support my purchases..

They said they would make BS compatable with A10.. they never said for FREE..:) Always "read" between the lines.. Black Shark one works fine with Flaming cliffs 2 and I will leave mine there for now.. My A10c can collect dust till later date..graphics don't seem that much better. can always blow off the dust and play it then.. I would assume someone is programing these things and needs to keep the lights on.. I would also assume this shows how DCS feels it should be done, with money from their current fanbase..as small as it already is.. I just hope it does not detract from the fanbase and alienate those currently supporting these games. I personally will wait on the sale in the future and when it comes to steam. I can hold my breath that long.. there are other games to play. This is no surprise in todays gaming community.

Well that really bites.. not much of a fan base to begin with.. droping those that came to this game thru steam seems like a slap in the face.. Will my Steam purchase go towards the upgrade (19.99) or do I have to buy the full version now? I purchased both, A10c and Blackshark at steam.. how does this effect me? Also, STEAM version has no CD Key available to view as it does for A10c.. so how do I know what key will be used for the update if compatable with STEAM version?

which means? no taking control and no tutorials other then videos? Kinda shocking and disappointing to a new user without warnings. Maybe a warning can be added to docs? would pass the frustration before searching here for answers. I trully thought it did not install properly.

D2D LOCK ON: FLAMING CLIFFS 2 referring to: I just got this..searched for this.. didn't see it.. Hi, looks like this might be interesting..if i can get started. I am stuck from the start. I want to go thru the tutorials but, when they say hit "ESC" to take control, "ESC" just kicks me back to menu page? win7 32bit..quad core..nvidia card.. 4 gig ram.. installed and activated fine.. 7 remaining. trackIR5, Logitech G15 and extreme 3d pro joystick. sorry if double/triple post.. any answer for this?
