  1. That's OK. Like I said, those module were made over 11 years ago. Back then, all planes in FC very much shared the same avionics.
  2. I know, that's why I don't fly military plane in FSX. What am I saying is that those modules (one of them is a paid module) were made over 11 years ago. So if they had enough info to make even a FC standard sim for the J-10A, it makes our dream of having a DCS standard J-10 not that far fetched.
  3. Some people had made J-10A module for Microsoft Flight Simulator, so getting enough info to produce a module in DCS may not be that far fetched. http://www.nzff.org/viewtopic.php?t=14540&p=8283643 https://www.justflight.com/product/j-10-adt-edition
  4. Welcome friend. Have you joined our discord?
  5. Thanks for the reply. I did a few more tests and noticed that the "radio receiver handle" and the "radio antenna handle" do not work as well. The only thing you can turn on the radio is the wave handle.
  6. Thanks for the info, I will go and check it out.
  7. Like the title. Will we be able to switch between 2 different armaments that best fit our missions? Thanks for any considerations.
  8. https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1ob4y1E7Ri/?spm_id_from=333.788.recommend_more_video.1&vd_source=3956100bec121d4a38149f6661fa46e5
  9. Russia: We are designing a new variant of two seats Su-57 that can command UAV as their wingman. China: Dude, we have done that already, our twin seat J-20 can lead 3 GJ-11 as their wingmen. From about 11:00 They talked about new smart munition. At about 15:00 They showed a new type of 35mm sniper grenade launcher with a scope that has a freaking fire control which automatically calculate the trajectory and guide the grenade to achieve sniping accuracy. Obviously, it has smart munitions too. The smart munition also need the authorised user to activated. So if somehow the grenade launcher was stolen, "the thief can only use it as firewood". This remind me of that movie "Doom".
  10. That is going to be hard to find.
  11. I got my virpil control panel earlier and tried to map the radio controls to it. I mapped the radio frequency control, radio frequency control lock, radio antenna control, radio antenna control lock on my device. However, when I pressed the radio frequency control lock button, in the game it activate the "radio forced mode" instead. And when I press the :radio antenna control lock:, it activated the "radio frequency control lock button". Then when I tried to map the "radio forced mode" onto a button, that button activated nothing.
  12. Not that simple, Let's say if the switch is on by default, so pressing it should set it to off and release the button should set it to on. But that wasn't what happened. No matter what was the default position, after you pressing it, it will always end in "off" position. Also, can you please let it only work on press or release? Thanks very much.
  13. I was trying to map 3 specific buttons to one of my device. The 3 buttons are the 3 switches located on the communications panel right next to the 4 volume axis. The intercom, antenna, and channel box switches. The issue is no matter which buttons on my device I use for those 3, every time I press it, it will first turn it on, but as soon as I release the button, it will turn it off. No other buttons on the aircraft have this issue.
  14. Now even the African nations have decided to purchase J-10CE. If J-10 can be sold to nations which are not exactly allies to China, this means J-10 is no longer the highly kept secret to China as it once were. So who know, maybe one day PLA would be relaxed enough to let us have it in DCS. Also, Poor North Korea. Now even the African nations can afford to purchase J-10C, and North Korea only have enough money for J-10A.
  15. It appears that China is about to hand some J-10A to North Korea as they have completed their work on their airfield.
  16. It was not unusual. Original J-10 prototype was almost completely different plane compare to the production variant J-10A. It went through an intensive redesign process. Notice there was no connective bars between the radar con and the air intake, the intake is also rounded instead of square shaped like the J-10A. That was because the development for the indigenous radar had fallen behind so they had to use a Russia radar as a stopping-gap. But the Russian radar had different weight and dimension, so they had to add the bars to support it. the second thing is its engine. Development of WS-10 was also fallen behind and the WP-15 wasn't entirely desirable. So once again they had to use Russian engine. But the Russian engine was significantly longer and heavier, and they had different fuel path way and cables. Because of this, the entire plane had to be redesigned. The old fly-by-wire was also threw out since the weight distribution was changed. I may need to write another thread in the future about the development of J-10, if I have enough free time.
  17. Senaki I think. So, this is all due to the introduction of new cloud? That explains everything then. I thought it was a design oversight on Razebam's parts.
  18. Anyone who is willing and have free time to train for competition, please leave your name here.
  19. Hi, thanks for trying to help me. But I have tried that long ago. It won't work since the markers are highly inaccurate. You will get a buzz even when you are a few hundred meters away from it. Secondly, for the sake of the argument, even if it is very accurate, if you can't see the run way, you won't know when to touch down. If you touch down too early, and landed before the concrete runway, you will crash. If you touch down too late, you won't have enough room to decelerate.
  20. 我能理解他们的这个逻辑,不过为什么高加索以南的地区没有做出来呢?比如土耳其,那里没有政治上的争议啊?
  21. I see, thanks for the info. Can you also have a look to see if you can move your view outside the glass? (see my second picture)
  22. But can your head go through the glass and see outside like I did in the second picture?
  23. Nope this is definitely a bug. First of all and most importantly, please see the second picture of my original post, you can move your view outside the canopy. You can look back at your own glass. Secondly, see picture below. Other aircrafts don't seem to have this issue. Maybe slightly.
  24. I see. Thanks for letting me know. But your head can still go through the glass. Also, this render can still obstruct the view in a dog fight. Wait a sec, what did you mean by "TWO" glass?
