Thanks eddie, do you mean for reference points, cockpit references ? . I think the most difficult part is know the base pup for the roll in without a reference, How to know you are at 2.1 nm (for example) to begin the roll in if you don't have a markpoint from the target. What is more if you have a TOT for destroy this target(s)

I have a question, I'll do my best for you to undestand, (english is not my native languaje):smilewink: When you plan a mission like pre-planned CAS, you have a lot of time without preparing it in the editor, placing the necessary waypoints to have them like reference for the profile of attack that you want to realize, But when in the mission CAS performs on a JTAC/AFAC, can not plan accurately these profiles or putting waypoints, since you have to obey the information that the JTAC give you. My question is : How can I plan these profiles in the airplane once you are flying, with the data that the JTAC gives you?, Perhaps using the TAD +markpoints. I mean the base point, the rollin point with the right heading, alt, etc. Thanks in advance.

Happy new years 2013, and happy flights :pilotfly:for all.

Thanks for sharing eddie,

Maybe set the aircraft " uncontrolled " could be right. We would have the aircraft in the parking, ready for action, I dont know. We will test when we have 1.2.3 :joystick:

Thank you druid, Merry christmas.

Thanks wags for the heads up. Your dreams is our dreams too, The day that we have a stability in MP, I'm sure we will have a very good time Flying all modules together.

well, I think the most critical bug in 1.1.1.1 version is when you destroy ships, because you've got a CTD. it would be good if someone from ED or tester tell us how to fix this issue. Maybe editing a file and change some parameters works, I dont know. Thanks.
-
the thing is, we love dcs word but we have had problems here with crashes by most of pilots when we tried to fly A-10C/Ka50/CA. I must say, we always fly with 10+, and the last time the clients crashed but the server was ok. We are sure that ED wil fix that, because they did in last versions, but until then we keep flying 1.1.1.1 so we want to fly and enjoy this amazing sim and not testing everytime we have a mission or training.
-
Maybe, better multiplayer stability, better performance, less bugs, servman works, TARS work.... i think for virtual squads who only fly a-10c and ka-50 is the best choice right now.

How-to: Create net settings that fit YOUR connection!
xifu replied to Megagoth1702's topic in DCS World 1.x (read only)
Thanks for the tips Megagoth1702, in my squad has problem "connection interrupted" when we join more than 8 player. I hope this tip help us. Our server has a very good bandwith: 694.84 Mbps download, and 265.60 Mbps upload (the server is in spain). Right now I'm gonna configure the file with your advice. If you want to test or anybody, I'll leave our server with no password, and with the dragon trainning missions today, and see what happend. Server name: Escuadrón 69 dedicated server. I hope you are right with this tip. thanks again -
we have a very good connection: 694.84 MBPS Download and 265.60 MBPS upload. We think the problem is not the connection. We think the problem is the hardware can not admit more players than 10 in a good sesion. Anyway, this thursday we are trying to configure our server with Megagoth1702 Advice. I'll show you the result.

Interesting red.devil. Thanks We dont have problems with the units in our server when join 0 to 8 pilots, but when we try to fly more than 10 pilots we have "connection interruption " issues with the clients, and it is not possible to fly all together. Our last test was with ka50/CA/A-10C Next time we will try what viper say, and see what happend

Thanks for your work paulrkiii.

I think is the same issue that druid said, the bug with " start enroute Task". Try to edit the mission and find the JTAC, Add a waypoint and save. It works this way

Thanks druid for the fix and explanation. I knew there were something wrong with " Start enroute task" here.
