Do you need the stability channels on?

Restrepo has some footage of Apaches and Hogs doing gun runs, they both are popping flares quite rapidly anywhere near the 'hot' zone. I think anytime your flying low over a potentially hot area it would be a good idea to pop some flares

Watched it the other night, its repeating pretty much every night in the UK on NG. Great piece of film making, should probably be shown in schools around the world.

Big Harrier flypast over Cottesmore on Dec 15th bringing Harrier flying operations to an end, should be good if theres any spotters in the area looking for a few final pics. No word yet if any will be kept for displays, highly doubt it though given the financial bias to the defense review.

Its not been mentioned for a few pages so... Harrier anyone? Make it a pack with GR7/9, T12, AV8b and FA2. Failing that a Tornado would do. Although to be honest I would rather get a dynamic campaign before any new aircraft, but I think there is more chance of the Harrier!

I worked at Woodford on Nimrod for a bit earlier this year, been on Harriers for the past 5 years. A lot of awesome skilled blokes and lasses out of work.

Im back to flying the Shark aswell after a few weeks playing with the A10. I actually feel happier in the Shark, feels a lot more simple while at the same time needs a lot more learning but still manages to pack a big punch with all those vihkrs under your pylons. Sometimes A10 feels like easy mode with missile warnings and TGP. Ive started playing with the ABRIS and DL a lot more now, adding points of interest I can use a lot like I do with SPIs in the A10. First time I played BS 18 months or so ago I wasnt really interested in rotary stuff, but here I am now loving hugging the hedges setting up some sneaky shots while my A10 is parked in the HAS waiting for the next beta update.

No ones asking for or expecting anything uber realistic with the laser codes. Just something to play with in multiplayer, clearly fighing a lost cause though! Smoke markers and coordinates over TS for spi's will be just as cool though.

Harrier will still be in service around the world :) Plus, someones airforce might need some training software for their new(ish) shiney(mucky) GR9s they possibly might be purchasing :)

Appreciating all the Harrier love! :) especially as the GR9s are going out of service. Even the older 5s and fa2s would be great.

I dont see an issue with wh and bs sharing codes in this sim, if the uk can fly a10s and sharks in this hyperthetical battlefield i imagine they would put an urgent upgrade in to make laser codes from both of their new types of aircraft to be compatible. :)

Any Black Keys fan? Went to see them on Wednesday and they gave a bluesy rock master class, awesomeness.

Might be worth having a look through some lua files to see if there is any mention of laser codes or frequency. I've a feeling they will be hidden deep in the BS engine though

I was just thinking about that this morning!! I don't think an a10 could lase for a BS but in theory you should be able to the other way round using LSS.

The EOTS is just forward of the nose bay I think? The dome I heard things of lowers out of the weapon bay and is engine/shaft driven, which matches up with what GG knows. Maybe Sopwith Camel pilots thought the idea of BVR was lame? :)

Is that the Block 4 'Dome' i've heard a bit about or is that just a designator?

Has f22 been used in anger yet? Is it all passed out for ground attack?
