Dang.. No joy on this.. I took you .miz dropped it onto our FOX3 server and loaded it up. I attempted to contact the Hammer but got nothing. The hornet is defaulting to calling any JTAC "AXEMAN" So I made a copy and edit the Freq to be 120 and 128 and now under JTAC menu I get "Scout HMMV..." twice instead of Moonbeam... and Hammer.. (See screen shot attached) I believe all we have as far as mods are concerned is SRS and Tacview on the server? Could those be changing the freq some how? Also including the DCS Log file Workups_WK3_Ai-JTAC-Helo-9Line3-OOBEJTAC-rev2_FREQset.miz dcs.log debrief.log -

I couldn't get Hammer to respond, although I did try in Single Player and it seemed to work with both ¯\(°_o)/¯ but putting the same .miz on a FOX3 server all JTAC's just stopped working... We had the same issue a year or so ago but nothing came of it... I am surprised more users haven't reported this the Base line JTAC functionality is pretty sweet! -
This is horrible... isn't that what the Meatball is for?! Can we have a option in Mission Editor to turn this off?

I have Axeman 1-1 as a JTAC on 133am looking at a group of technicals on the Nevada map. Clicking Fly I have an air start a10C II that is setup on 133am. I check in and get response. I even get a datalink target point shared to me on the Scorpion HMD. I move the .miz to my server and join. Using the same commands axeman 1-1 doesn't respond.. nothing has changed besides launching the mission on a server. What server setting would be breaking the communication? Will add the .miz when I am back on the pc

I don't see a "OH-58D" Thread for bug reporting but I do believe this is a DCS core issue. I have seen several times through the community mentioning the skids on heli's in DCS don't have friction. Is there a way to fix this so heli skids act "properly". One example is sitting at idle the Kiowa wants to YAW to the right when on cement.

As the title says, I am trying to use the radar guided AG missile. I hot start, I take off I put the radar in stby for 5-10min, then when I turn the radar on you can see the backlight'ing light up but there is no ground clutter or radar contacts just a blank scope? Am I missing something?

@FlappieI want to say yes they are enabled. Should they not be enabled? Would there be a way to turn off event messages by accident? -
I don't see any text in regards to Petrovitch. I first found this issue when in the Mission Editor I setup a "Message to All" but upon activating it I wouldn't see the message... I linked that form post below. But now I have realized I haven't seen ANY messages or "Events" is there a way to turn these messages on / off? For example when I tell Petrovitch to turn on the weapon systems I used to get a message in the top right saying something like "Starting Weapons". Now I don't see anything.. This started around the same time the South Atlantic Map came out but that is only a point of reference.. See:

@FlappieI do not use VAICOM. I also Found out that Petrovitch isn't displaying his messages ether. I don't get the text in the top right saying "Starting Weapons" or "Weapons Ready" when I tell Petrovitch to start weapons. -
I hope you are still around, did you find a solution? I am having the same exact problem with DCS no messages are being displayed, I don't even see Petrovitch's messages like "Starting Weapons" etc.

Last night I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out what the heck was going on with this simple trigger. I have a trigger item "4 Mission START -> [BLANK] -> RADIO ITEM ADD (Redstone, "1",1). Then if you go to F10.. and press "Redstone" It was supposed to do a message to all "Redstone! Redstone! Redstone!" via this trigger: 3 SWITCHED CONDITION -> TIME SINCE FLAG (1, 1) -> MESSAGE TO ALL But I am failing to see the message to all appear in the top right corner where I would think it would appear. I tried this radio item in both the Cold & Dark MI-24P and with the a Hot Start. Same with the Hornet but no avail... I had a friend try it from scratch in his mission editor and it worked. Then I setup a test .miz with just the Hind on the air base in Syria map with the same mission triggers and still no joy.. Is this a bug.. or is there some way that I have disabled the text from appearing? I added the testradio.miz if I recall this has the triggers setup described above. testradio.miz -
Not sure if someone has flagged this yet or not. In multiplayer sessions on cold and dark startups the APU sound of other 64's repeats in short bursts kind of like a "weezing" sound. If needed I can record and submit a clip.
