Trying to work on a revamp and get other modules working. Need help in getting a sense of direction as I continue this endeavor. As for the Fips what gauges do you all find useful and which are a waste of pages. (name module and gauges to which you are referring to). For the x52 pro , what Am I missing ( what would be/is useful and which is a not needed. (module and readout as above). I need to put this project to rest so I can kick this addiction and get in some stick time. (too many modules to study up on). Thanks for the help and interest.

For the radio's it working for the A-10c, Ka-50 and huey. You can also change the frequencies with the roller knob. See first post to get links to the scripts.

Go to the DCs control setup screen and select axis. Find zoom and press add. Rotate the rotary knob and it should accept the input. Using the rotary as a zoom function has one small caveat, at some positions the screen will flicker and you need to adjust the zoom ever so slightly to get rid of the jitters. Hope that helps.

Still here, barely. ( Real life in the way) . Did get the R-828 radio separated and working. Found a few problems with the scripts and need to get them sorted out before I go too much further. Plans are still the same, rework scripts,redraw gauge pngs,and add new modules.

Actually , you did reply and saw the link in my sig. The thread needs to be cleaned up or updated as it started out as a group effort to get things working and then progressed to success. Take a poke around their and let me know if you have any questions.

markamerica, Which instrument panels are you refering too?

I find myself in a slump lately. I started to update the KA-50 script for the X-52 pro. I separated the radios and am wiring the R-828 so that it can be controlled via the scroll wheels. I am still learning the modules I have and am not sure how to utilize the X-52 pro mfd in a manner other than useless eye candy. Still working it out. I have the spitfire to work on as well for both the fip and X52. Hopefully I will get things fleshed out and updated soon. Also plan on revamping guages for all modules (need to work on drawing skills.) 'That is all for now.

Thanks, I will test that version and see if the fips still work with it. There was a problem with previous driver releases.

fitness88, What is the version number of the drivers you are using and which module for the radios? I know i need to redo the KA50 as I finally learned how to operate the presets on the ark 824(?, radio on right hand side.)

Now that I have screen capture working for mfds, I am ready to rewrite scripts. My current focus is on the Ka-50. I am reworking things for the X-52 pro mfd. Any one else still using this joystick and does it make sense to have the gauge values displayed? I think the best and only good use is for radio controls. Any input?

O.k here we are. Mainly this is to see how difficult it is for others to set up. The gauges are pretty much the same as the old,but the focus is on the mfcd import. I had to take out pretty pictures in the guide. Let me know of any issues. Test scripts and instructions.zip

I have/am experiencing some personal setbacks that make it hard to get back to this project. Question, is there still interest in this? THe Mfd export is a bit of work to get going, not sure if anyone wants to go through the steps.

Revamping the gauges to work with the new Passerelle Dll. As already reported mfds are now displayable. Also looking for new ideas for the x-52 other than radios. Hopefully will have new sets out soon and will be removing the old scripts.

I am using space desk on android. Pretty easy to use and free.

THis is going to take some doing. Kinda confusing how to explain the mfd set up. I did get them working again.

Ever have one of those days? It seems I cant find a few scripts that I created and need. It was here before I took my break but now I can not find. SO it looks like I need to rewrite a few scripts...... Ugh !!!!!!. Gonna take a little time. Now to try and remember what and how !!!!!! Wish me luck!!!!!

Back home, ready to work on this project some more. Just need to remember where I was and what I ws doing. Also have to set things back up as something seems to have broke during updates. I plan on having detailed guide for this set up when done as there will be more steps to take to get the mfds transferred to the Fips.

No,, not yet. Away from computer for awhile.... Will get back to it in the fall.

Oh yeah, I am away from main computer for the summer and fall. I will be able to focus on this again in winter time. I plan on getting a bit more savvy in the ways of programming and Dcs file/scripts. I will have my dream seen through.

Hey Chrilith, I swapped out the button callbacks , using the old callback programing. The colors for the screen grab functions are good, but the .png colors are off. So I need to figure out that one. Other than that it is awesome work on your part. Thanks again for all of your work.
