Yes, that's right, if I select a defined armament type, the AGM-12C does not arm. But when I manually select AGM-12C in the upper empty "Mission payload", they are armed and work properly. A very strange error, no wonder there was no error during the tests. It would be nice if you could manually add AGM-12C on pylons 1 and 9 in the upper "Mission payload". Because now there is no such option, only on pylons 2 and 8, although in the defined settings there is an option with 4 AGM-12C on pylon 1, 2,8,9 .

I confirm the problem, despite today's update, it is still impossible to arm the AGM-12C!

Trimmers do not work when FFB is turned on.
KomandorAdam replied to KomandorAdam's topic in Bugs & Problems
Changing the Y axis of the trim helps, the plane no longer lifts up so much when the trim is completely moved to the extreme position. But it doesn't work as well as without FFB because the trimmer has low effectiveness and still lifts the nose of the plane up, but you don't have to struggle so much with the joystick. When I have FFB turned off, I can trim the plane to the minus that it will start to lose altitude after releasing the joystick, and with FFB turned on, although it works better after changing the Y axis of the trimmer, the plane still lifts the nose up, but more gently. I also deleted the WSO trimmer assignment because it had the same buttons as the remote control, I don't know if it had any effect, but I deleted it just in case. I noticed that the game reacts differently to changes in trimmer and other options and it is best to restart not the game but the entire computer to make sure the changes take place because some crazy things happened. I also once had the impression that when FFB is turned on and I pull high AoA angles, the joystick shakes and now I can't find this effect. I have a question for you guys: if you have the controls preview enabled using ctrl + enter and ffb, are the two major green and orange diamonds far apart or do they overlap perfectly when you trim them hard? I still have many tests ahead of me, but thank you gentlemen for your help. -
Trimmers do not work when FFB is turned on.
KomandorAdam replied to KomandorAdam's topic in Bugs & Problems
The trimmer with FFB enabled does not work, in MICS the FFB option is enabled, in the SPECIAL tab I tried with the "Stick deflection limited" and "Stick force blending" boxes enabled and disabled, but the trimmer still does not work. The only way to make the trim in Pitch and Roll work is to turn it off in MICS ffb. When I press ctrl + enter with FFB enabled, I can see a small Diamond that moves in the direction in which the plane is trimming, but the large green and orange Diamonds overlap perfectly and the trims do not work. However, when I turn off ffb and press ctrl+enter during the game, when I trim, the small rhombus moves, but the large rhombuses also start to blur, moving away from each other, and the plane responds to trim correctly. Sorry, I accidentally pressed Solution, of course there is no Solution. I had a moment of tremors when I reached high AoA, but it went away and now I don't tremble at high AoA. -
I have a Logitech G940 joystick with ffb, when I have the ffb option enabled in the game I cannot trim the plane. Complete lack of reaction to trimming. It works visually and when I press ctrl and enter, I can see that the trim is moving but there is 0 reaction on the joystick. I have to wrestle with the joystick. All I need to do is turn off FFB in the options and suddenly, miraculously, the trimmer starts working properly. I have all the DCS modules and in some of them the trim with FFB on works great, just like in the MiG-19. And in others it works poorly, and in F-4 and F-14 it doesn't work at all. Generally, the idea of ffb is to use it because it's fun, but in some modules I have to turn it off, e.g. F-4 and F-14, because it is impossible to play like this with the nose up all the time even though the trim is set to max.

I know this and I explain it to my colleague from the first post in the third post of this thread, where I quoted him in quotation marks " "!
-
You did not understand! I explain to my friend that despite the silence, he has a lock. Despite the silence, you can fire a rocket and the rocket will hit. The only difference is that there is silence instead of the target tracking sound. Because the missile tracks the target despite silence, when it stops tracking the target the sound returns to the search standard.
-
" One of the tutorial videos on youtube said you can uncage the AIM9's seeker by pressing and holding the aerial refueling button ("...like on the F-5..."), to let it track the target. I've tried this and no luck. Master Arm ON, HEAT selected, good growl, press refueling button, and nothing. Am I doing something wrong or is this the wrong procedure/button? This seems an odd procedure anyway... " This is a module error - if you press the in-flight refueling button and there is silence, it means that you have lock and you can shoot (you then press the fire button without turning off the in-flight refueling button because it must be pressed all the time). The error is that there is silence instead of changing the growl to locked. If the silence ends and the search sounds again, it means that you have lost your lock.

HD textures load on many buildings from too close a distance of 50-100 meters. This looks very bad, we need the option to load HD textures from a greater distance!

I have no doubt that the F-15 will be a very big commercial success. Approximately 60 - 80% of the DCS community will buy it. I think it will be a very good time to invest the profits in the company and hire a new programmer or two full-time programmers. This will allow for further rapid development of the company and you will not have to wait for: Bo-105, MiG-23 MLA, Mirage III-CJ, EE Lighting F.6, MiG-19S of the next decade or two of time. Investing in the company equals faster growth and it will be beneficial for everyone and for Razbam and for the DCS community. In general, I wish you good luck and fast development!

Heatblur Update - Supersize Me & Public Roadmap
KomandorAdam replied to Cobra847's topic in Heatblur Simulations
It's nice if the company manages to double the number of employees every two years, we need so many modules! Hopefully Draken will come out of your studio someday, not just AI. Ps. It would be nice to see the HB crew. -
Heatblur Update - Supersize Me & Public Roadmap

IronMike and could you tell us how many people work at HB? -
On the IL-2 website, Sturmovik states that Ugra Media is preparing planes for their simulation, and these will be Siemens & Schuckert D.IV, Sopwith Snipe, C-47A and Li-2. I have a question: is there a chance that we will get these machines into the DCS world? https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/68018-jasons-briefing-room-and-officers-club/#comment-1157233

By the way, at IndiaFoxtEcho how many people work? I assume that airplane modules are just your hobby, and I wonder if IndianFoxtEcho went well with module development, you would go into this full-time job like Heatblur?

"With the AH-64 near at its release i don't think it would be a good marketing move, let the Apache fever go and then move to the next product IMO. I would say Jan/Feb 2022" I have already purchased the AH-64 and there is nothing to prevent me from buying the MB-339! And probably most think like me!

Very good news, I would have a nice Christmas!

OverStratos 5 months have passed since the last MiG-23 development update, could you update the development status of the MiG-23 as of today? I admit that I am waiting more for the MiG-23 than for the F-15E!

Looking for a missing texture in the sights of the ASP! After one of the parcels, a sticky piece of paper from the ASP sight was removed. Does anyone have this texturing because without it the ASP sight looks bald? She is seen in this film, stuck to the Academy of Fine Arts!

It is impossible not to notice, it's nice if Syria also got individual music on the menu. Thank you every time, because it is a detail and it builds the atmosphere!
-
DCS has many advantages and a number of disadvantages, but a very positive game for aviation enthusiasts! One of the greatest and most underestimated advantages of this game is the music! I just love it, sometimes I start the game not to play but to listen to the music of individual prayers! But not all modules have their own music, it's nice if all modules have individual music! Especially Razbam is the most lame subject, and she could give something atmospheric to her modules! Anyway, a bow and a big thank you to the DCS music makers!

Please feel free to spam in the comments on the FlyingIron Simulations website that we want the P-38 to DCS! Link to their website: https://flyingironsimulations.com/blogs/news/msfs-p-38-lightning

Such a model of destruction of warships and ships is at the level of games that were released 25 years ago. It needs a major overhaul, you are absolutely right. Hopefully this will become one of ED proitets.

"What do you mean? That the already FFB effects are not good enough as they are?" "We have forcefeedback in the mossie. I don't see anything wrong with it? " Sory but the whole ff needs a rebuild, when I shoot planes in this game I don't feel anything! No shaking, the mosquito had 4 powerful cannons and when it fired, some vibrations were transferred to the plane, including the rudders and the stick, because they were screwed to the plane. Similarly, when today I landed on a special plane with the landing gear closed, I didn't feel any tremors, although the image was shaking, but I didn't feel anything on the stick! In the same way, when bullets hit me, I don't feel any feedback. For me, it is far from good. Try to play "Il Sturmowik 1946" there, press the trigger and see that ff is not only about taxiing and stalling the plane!
