  1. Everyone massively report this pls .Your observations @Tim_Fragmagnet are very valid thank you very much!
  2. @BIGNEWY @NineLine
  3. In the next days I might be able to have some former operators/militants have a go on the dcs huey. I will ask their opinion about the rotor inertia. In the meantime, some more cool Hellenic army UH-1H footage: Enjoy!
  4. Also you can see some cool Hellenic army UH-1H airshow here.
  5. @Ironious The closest I have been to a uh1h, is the sim Greek army uses to train its crew. The DCS Huey pedal discrepancy has been told to me by a major who had a go in the huey. He also told me that the Dcs huey has a more "pendulum like" rotor action than the real thing. By that, he meant that it has a little more pronounced tendency to return upright when banking from what I understood. You can see some footage of the sim Hellenic army uses (which still operates them as of today) and I have tried here: However its all in Greek and you probably won't understand a thing.
  6. @Ironious Thanks! Exactly what I mean, In reality the ball should go to the right at these speeds and therefore right pedal must be stepped. I posted your video in the coordinated flight ball thread, as a video was requested.
  7. @Ironious It should also require in level flight in high speeds. Of course it does also while descending(dropping collective)
  8. @Ironious Yes thats right.
  9. I disagree. Multicrew on huey is just a benchmark for it to be further developed. I respect your opinion so should you. End of story. You insist so much it seems more likely you are just trying to create an impression... @BIGNEWY Your teams are always busy, we heard that before.. The real question is with which module??? What about the right pedal discrepancy in high speeds. It has been reported years ago and I personally reported it months ago. It has been even acknowledged by @Yo-Yo nothing has been mentioned regarding it or changed...
  10. @Rudel_chw Thats also your opinion, which as I explained I think is false...
  11. @Ironious Any update on the matter?
  12. Personally I don't care about multicrew. I don't play multiplayer. I am also under the impression that it has been implemented as a testbench on the Huey... There is more crucial stuff out there for ED and Belsimtek to fix, correct and implement... than multicrew.
  13. @Ironious I am talking about level flight, look here especially on page 2. Also I made mistake I mean right pedal need in high speeds
  14. @Ironious Ask him what he thinks of right pedal need in high speeds >70IAS and the complete lack of it being implemented... Edit: My bad, right not left as I previously said
  15. . I didn't say anything about the radar. I wouldn't even dare to start such a discussion as such information regarding radar performance is classified. There is also very little information out there. You insist on size, but disregard the fact that the F16 fleet size is quadruple in numbers in the US Air Force and has the most trained crew by numbers... F15 is the backbone of the airforce nothing premier about it. The f16 on the other hand is so popular it even has its own display team .. the Thunderbirds
  16. The Viper was the premier USAF aircraft before the raptor and the most succesfull ever in exports . USAF operated 2213 F16s and less than 500 F15 all variants included in total also I think you confuse premier air to air fighter with premier air superiority fighter...
  17. So yeah. in my experience in tail draggers 40kmh discrepancy in tail rise is too much. I would expect 10km declination according to the video I posted. I would even take 20kmh but not 40...
  18. @grafspeeYes the G-12 has stuff in the tail. Thats a whole second cockpit... It also lacks armament as an offset. I dont believe its less tail heavy than a fully armed K-4. It surely is lighter though as @Yo-Yo said
  19. Of course I think it is more tail heavy if u remove Mgs and cannon. Mgs weight with ammo are 212 kg Cannon is 98kg and not 90kg as @razo+r said. MW50 tank is 85 litres that is less than 85 kg but lets say 85kg say an other 10kg in radios and another 10kg in armor. Now add pilot seat instrument panel control linkages seatbelts extended canopy...
  20. Yes but you quoted the section which I dont refer to it.
  21. @grafspee Read below I say without regarding fuel load. 40kmh discrepancy is not within ballpark. I would expect an absolute max of 10kmh. Also the tailheavyness is countered by the armament. K-4 is not more tailheavy as you say but Heavier overall. When compared to that g-12 at least not to a significant margin
  22. Its an empty airframe but a tandem layout which means more rearheavy. It should respond close to an armed k-4*, as far as tail rise with speed is concerned . At least not have a 40kmh discrepancy. That surely is not ballpark... @Bagpipe I speak of experience not from likeness or to express my support to ED... They already have my money no need to further countenance @NineLine The videos tell me nothing. Apart a 3 point attitude takeoff in the first one... No speed information to compare no weight or other configuration data *Even an armed K-4 without regarding fuel load will rise tail without a large declination as most of the load is further forward than 27%MAC @Yo-Yo With all respect don't rush in conclusions
  23. Why isn't right rudder need in high speeds implemented? The answer would probably be that they dont have time to allocate in old modules even if that is to correct their wrong behaviours. With all respect ED think's of old modules as mines that have been exhausted.
  24. @DD_Fenrir Instead of trolling I would recommend you look at the video and see for yourself
