Wanted to add , that I ordered FC3 today got error code 2. I too got a transaction number generated by ED and of course the money was deducted from my paypal account but no game/code in either my account or via email. Entered a support ticket, no response from that either.

Here is a helpful suggestion for ED , if you are witnessing problems with your transactions STOP TAKING ORDERS until you sort it out. This has been going on for a while now, and no solution in sight, no real answers from ED only MODS which AFAIK aren't employees of ED and therefore can't really provide any "REAL" answers only suggestions and guesses.
AND For gods sake, have an actual employee visit the support forums once in a while and help those who are having problems.
