So reading posts you disagree with is mandatory in Denmark ? Here in Switzerland it's easier. If I don't want to read stuff/crap from people from Denmark, I just don't ! Freedom is great. You should try it

Wrong. Not only YouTubers That's not the point anyway. It's it's ready for you tube videos and others on March 21st, then it's also ready for early access paying customers who have purchase with March 21st as deadline

Is it possible to purchase the crew combo for 2 friends ?
FZG_Immel posted a topic in DCS: F-14A & B
I have two squad mates that are into DCS a bit but they haven't bought the F-14 yet. Is it possible to purchase that combo with two licenses if it's for 2 other people (since I already own a single license) ? Thanks -
Damn I hope it changes down the road. The D or B+ would be a beast I would purchase it again
-
Then I would be really pissed because I kept my part of the deal giving them money for an announced release date. I knew the time frame and I hoped for not a last minute release. That they didn't is only a disappointment to me. After March 21st would be a breach of contract. Especially that the purchase was for an EARLY ACESS, and plenty of people are already using it...

In sure I missed the info, but is any version of the F-14D with the modern HUD and mfd planned sometimes down the road ?

your problem is that you remove one big element of the equation. Who is going to be the victim. Without guns it certainly will be the 90 pounds female attacked and raped by those two 200 pound criminals.... Insert legal gun ownership into the equation... You might still end up with more 'victims', as in two 200 pounds criminals.. Yet I fail to see it as a bad thing... What about you ? In the USA there are about 10k homicides per year by guns, INCLUDING legal homocides in self defense. About 30k people killed by guns in total. Yet according to the FBI and the DOJ statistics it's about 2 MILLIONS crimes that are prevented each year by legal gun ownership... Criminals will be armed anyway... So is legal gun ownership a bad thing ??? Again. You need to be careful with your sources. As cobra said, lets end this OT

That being said, I sometimes am unhappy with how things go, but I will buy the 19 even if it goes out the same day as the 14. Even if I don't like the 19 at all, and I don't intend to fly it much. Just like I bought the 21, or the viggen- I support all companies who work for simulations, especially DCS. Without them, there would be no sim at all- After all, they would be making more money creating stupid content for stupid games. Instead they work toward the same passion as we have. Aviation and simulation. Still, I think this tomcat should have gone early access and released as such as soon as it was ready for you tubers. I've given them my trust (and more) long ago.

And I'm gonna be even more pissed at the 'targeting december' lie then... Hey don't blame me. I'm not OT anymore :D

Yes. For the lack of F-14 :D But we can talk Gatling guns if you want :D And I am pretty sure the topic is less sensitive for HB than the F-14 release date :D

And yet with guns everywhere in Switzerland we are safer than Germany, France, Italy, the U.K. Etc etc..- Go figure... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_intentional_homicide_rate Switzerland as a intentional homicide rate about 0.5 per 100k... which is about half what all other countries surrounding us have.. Germany included... What does it mean ? It means that even without many guns, you guys manage to kill yourselfes twice as much... You still think the problem is legal gun ownership ? Oh btw.. you realize VOX is a completely liberal (as in leftist) and biased media ? Their source is laughable. They put switzerland at a very low gun ownership rate compared to reality. There really is an estimated 3 million guns in private hands in Switzerland... that puts our ownership rates closer to 50% rather than 27%... and unlike countries like Austria, Finland , Sweden, that are put ahead in their BS stats, ours are mostly handguns and weapons of war.. not hunting guns. You should be careful at the source of your information

Dude- I'd rather discuss pointless stuff rather than talk about the sub optimal management of this sale and release. Despite everything we have been told (targeting December lol) it's going to be out on the 21st of march- everything else is just bs from now on :D

USA means nothing- as their state laws vary more than the laws in between all European countries. And guess what. The states with the tighter laws and which keeps making them tighter don't see their numbers of crimes and accident drop as much as states who are more on the side of freedom, and focus on training and responsible ownership. Some of the safest places in the USA have totally lax gun laws, if none- some of the most dangerous places in the USA have the harshest gun laws. Some states, or to state it clearly, some urban areas in the USA have issues with violence and bad parenting- without guns, there still would be violence and their still would be death of innocent children due to irresponsibility. That's the real issue. What you are commenting on is merely a symptom. Not the core issue- Most of my guns are in safes to prevent them being stolen in a burglary (my choice. Not law)- those that are not in a safe might or might not be stored loaded, depending on the situation, who is at my place etc etc- it's all about responbility. The same way I don't leave dangerous chemicals around or the pool unattended when kids are around. Don't get me wrong- I don't want to offend you and I don't want you to be upset, but this is a very hot topic in Switzerland right now, because the EU wants to force us to tighten our gun laws to supposedly fight terrorism, all while our gun laws and gun culture, makes us one of the safest and most responsible country in the world in regard to gun ownership and crime. Yet the EU is telling us how we should do it- it's a joke. Actually not a joke. It's a crime-

Oh really ? Tell me how many toddlers and little children have been hurt or killed with handguns they grabbed in Switzerland, in the last... let's say... 3 decades ? Don't know ? Oh let me help you then.. NONE. that's right none. Talking about having a history-- On the other hand, our swimming pools, kitchen tools, chemicals for cleaning, etc etc have claimed their fair share.... So now what ? the private property of handguns is CLEARLY not the issue. You should be careful of what 'seem' to be... it often isn't
