LAHQ is great and works well beyond 10nm. problem is it wont be usable in your hud. that's why I would use AACQ 6bar, 80° and 40nm with a zero alt set at 5nm ahead

I would extend for a while and then make sure i make my 180 behind a mountain or something that can shield my manoeuver. if its a MiG29 he will be gone soon enough, cause he hasnt the playtime... if its a su27 I would only turn around if I have fox3s.. I would switch to AACQ and lock and shoot the first thing thing that locks as a bandit and then immediately bug out. If I cannot lock, I would maddog repeatedly in the general direction of the nails/spike and BUG OUT

A lot more throw ? My Warthog is mounted in my home cockpit in between my legs , with a 10cm extension. AFT and FWD I see no issue, but my hand almost already presses against my right tigh when going RIGHT. is there any offical angle/throw data for the WARBRD base ? also. is the Warthog stick recognized with the same numbers of buttons and hats in the end ?

Yes; the inalibility to slew the antenna left and right with a narrow radar beam is a real pain right now

I've been unable to reproduce it on purpose, but on several occasion my antenna elevation in rws has been stuck, with no way to change it. Going into the control would show the command was working, but no way in game to get it working. Only solution would be to spawn into a new plane. Has this occurred to anyone else before ?

One thing though. If you are on win10 make absolutely sure your second monitor has the same refresh rate as the main one used for the sim

Unless you have a real cockpit in mind just buy one monitor and put all your mfds on it

Nope- these are true it seems-- but we are speaking of another situation in which you are not into simple AA mode or a ACM mode but in AACQ sub mode And yes. by down I mean aft. Not sure the sensor switch actually has a down position.

I am getting crazy. VAICOM pro used to work on my Win7 install but on my new setup, in Windows 10, nothing.. I mean, it is installed, and running, and voice attack receives my commands with the proper push to talk button, but NOTHING happens within DCS.... Any clue ? all the .lua files seems to be edited properly too... any help is appreciated

When in aacq, sensor switch down does not go into vertical ACM mode, it just goes back to RWS. Just assign the sensor switch FwD, AFT, LEFT, and RIGHT. They have specific actions depending the submode you are in
