  1. So you mean to keep it into the horizontal ladder ? In the center of the hud ? And what is the definitive symbology right now ? Square = friend Diamond= bandit Dotted square = ???
  2. Right now the IFF in the hornet is a nightmare.. contact switch from diamond, to square, to dotted square, and again and again... It makes BVR almost impossible in servers such as blue flag Caucasus. I always end up having to visually ID or trust my Rwr if the guy turn his radar on... and with the Russian having their magic datalink and irst it doesn't happen frequently.
  3. +3 As long as it doesn't delay the release of my tomcaaaaaaat of course ;)
  4. I am in. Shut up and take my money :D
  5. will that modification of default FOV pass integrity checks on servers ?
  6. I have a ultra wide monitor. the default FOV for me is too zoomed on the HUD. I already fixed this for my flight. I put a curvature on my Warthog Axis so that when it is centered, I get a proper fov. My issue is when I want to replay tracks. the Default FOV is close at start. As soon as I manually change the FOV, it basically take over on the head movements, and thus, I cannot replay my tracks with my original head movements, such as for making videos. So Basically, what i'd need to do, is to have the proper FOV set, as soon as I enter the cockpit, witout touching the FOV axis. thanks for your time !
  7. 13.49- is it normal to have slats down in this config ?
  8. edit. nevermind. not worth it
  9. as much as I think a legal action is insane, lol, i find it hard to not think he has a point here.. :) release my turkeeeeeey :D
  10. ok.. then thats why I feel like my oculus FOV pretty much matches my dual mum-14 NVG setup.
  11. Ok guys, I have a home ccockpit for the Hornet in which I export my 2 DDI's and AMPCD on a second monitor, and it works fine. I also export the VTB for the Mirage2000C but until today I could only see it when i was in external view. I discovered that there was a key to activate that export withing the mirage2000 key binding and now it also exports the VTB while I am in F1 cockpit view. is there a similar thing to do with the Harrier ? I can only see my MFD's exported when I am in external view, but not in F1 cockpit view. What is the name of the key binding ? I cannot find it in the list. Thanks a lot !
  12. Thank you sir!
  13. I get your point. I never felt my oculus gave me 110 fov but maybe I'm wrong
  14. You are right. I didn't think of the vertical fov. And nope, my binocular Mum-14 setup isn't much narrower than my oculus rift fov on the horizontal
  15. Yes that's the point. The oculus fov seems close to the binocular fov, to me at least
  16. That is actually very smart. Do you mind sharing that profile ?
  17. yes, thats for sure. YOu need to mount it and secure it with a 15° twist for a natural grip.. otherwise you will have to break your wrist too much at a non natural angle. the only thing that I miss is having the grip with a slight bend to the left as well. I could do it by modifiying the extension but its too much of a hassle.
  18. well, I think you'r entire FOV being NVG makes more sense anyway, given that the VR FOV is closer to the NVG FOV than to your real life eyes FOV...
  19. well, they also gave us USMC skins from the get go.. who cares ?` if you think it's unreal on a USN Hornet, don't use it
  20. For information, the issue seemed to be caused by the modification brought to some -lua file when using the Virtual Cockpit server to set DDI's on other monitor.
  21. repairing with DCS updater Utility solved it. Thank you
  22. I can reproduce it 100% of the times... no idea ??? I will try repairing
  23. i have some added ground object in the SavedGames/Coremods folder but thats it. also, I was initially able to use the AGM-65F... but not now. I don't know why
  24. That is NOT it.. I have been testing it after 10min of selecting the maverick. Any idea ?
