  1. I use 3 screens as well only with a 2070 @ 5760x1080. I found the best look I get is if I put those 3 screens in Nvidia Surround and then in the video setting of DCS i say just 1 screen. Unfortunately, i do not have VR so I cannot even comment on that. Here is my settings. It took me a while to get to this.
  2. Hey everyone, as the title says i am running a 3 monitor setup running at 5760x1080. With a few tweaks i can get my Nvidia 2070 to get between 30 and 40 fps. I have learned to deal with the frames but wouldnt mind increasing some of the detail. Since video cards want my kidney to pay for it, what would you suggest. I dont think a 3070 would do much for me (even if i could find one) but i can find a 6700xt/6800xt for just a bit more than a kidney and part of my liver.
  3. I purchased this app and am running into connection issues. I used your Script Installer and even ran the add_firewall_rules batch file. I load DCS F-18c and the app just says "connecting 192.168.x.x" and nothing happens. I have disabled my firewall and still the same issue. I did not change the ports in the .lua's (5160 out, 25070 and 25071 in) and I have made sure my computer and all Android devices are using a static IP. I even disabled my VPN just incase that might have been an issue. I am at a complete loss on why the connection will not work. I did use an iPad UFC for a bit but I took out all the ports and references to that already. Do you or anyone have any suggestions on what to try next. I can share whatever is needed to fix this issue. NOTE: I didnt try on any other plane because i only own FC3 and F18C
  4. Your FPS probably isnt due to your processor load. My thoughts are they updated some textures which require more video processing power. My suggestion is to start with some of you video settings. I have seen a minor hit but i am running a i7-7700k with 2070.
  5. Getting any type of 3070 in North America is near impossible. Unless you are willing to spend $1400 or more.
  6. I flew FC3 planes with an Xbox One controller for just about a month. I watched this video and then edited the buttons to fit my needs. He gives you a very good starting point. It is possible. and the throttle isnt put on an Axis but just the Left and right bumpers. Definitely not accurate increases/decreases but it served its purpose. And yes, DCS sees the Xbox Controller for what it is. I attached my SU25T bindings to this as well Controller (Xbox One For Windows) {B8EC4DE0-3C29-11e8-8003-444553540000}.diff.lua
  7. So I have discovered why they were not working. In my haste to get stuff assigned and figured out, I left the USB Controller configuration screen open. While this screen is open, it does not allow the Logitech HOTAS software to record button presses. Once I closed that, have not had a problem since. Thanks to everyone that helped.
  8. So I loaded one of the profiles and when i test the buttons on the profile the window shows the keypresses. I loaded into 2.7 and went into the controls, when i press a joystick button, it highlights the keypress. So I will load an A-10A mission and today it works. The only thing that I have done different from yesterday to today is remove the 'clutch' button. I even tested the button presses (in the adjust controls) while in the mission and it all works. Now that makes me feel very n00b but happy. I flew for a month using an Xbox controller before I got my X52. Time to relearn how to fly. I am using the most recent Logitech STT (or SST). I have tested the joystick in the USB configuration and all the buttons, knobs and dials work. I did as you suggested and disabled the Clutch button. It did work today. Not 100% sure what I did differently from yesterday but it is working and I wont argue with that. Thanks for the advise. Time for a n00b pilot to try again.
  9. Hey everyone, as the title says I am new... and I have the Logitech X52 and have downloaded a couple of .pr0 files and stored them in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Logitech\X52 (example: DCS A10A Edu.pr0) I can select a profile and it shows on the MFD but when I try to press the buttons in DCS 2.7 and 2.5.6 the game does not respond. The MFD even says the name of command that I am pressing the button for. I have tried just about everything I can think of to get this to work but it doesn't. All my stick will do is the basic Axis in-game. I have tried the Clutch button and selected a profile while in game and same issue. Even tried following the Logitech instructions on https://www.hotasdb.com/help/faq and still no luck. At a total loss. Would like to be able to use the Mode switch but in-game key binds doesn't recognize. Any help would be great. (I have ST.exe, Logitech Flight Support and X52 H.O.T.A.S. Profiler running)
