  1. It should be possible to get out of da choppa to save the crew. Often i have to watch my pilots getting crispy after an emergency landing. Today i´ve seen a Huey´s crew jumping out for the first time - after all the years playing DCS..... I WANT THAT TOOOO

First of all, the map looks great.(love the colors) I'm about to do something typically German now: "complaining" and pointing things out I only flew briefly over my hometown and didn't recognize anything :-(. The choice of buildings is well done, but the streets are completely different or ANY landmarks are missing. But hey, these maps are only meant to give an impression of what it looks like there... Some things stood out. There are these water towers and small,round, pointy towers everywhere . haven't seen anything like them anywhere in Germany. I've only seen maybe three of these 1950s-VW buses in real life. (i was born there in the 70´s) on this map they park and drive everywhere. (Volkswagen is only a few kilometers from where I live.) Use T2 or better T3 models. They would fit perfectly with the other cars like that "123 Mercedes" and "3er BMWs". they were/are everywhere. ambulace, police, private owners, fire department, any company drove those. Btw - there's something else (that isn't Ugra's fault). The cars are so tiny. and streets too narrow. 80% of the german powelines are underground. only the large Elelectric pilons are ok.
  3. + grass and small bushes pop into sight too late. As helicopter pilot i fly low level and see that, even when graphics are maxed out. looks like a magic bubble around me lets everything grow. + longer lasting smoke and dust clouds for everything. (only colored smoke on airshows and starting SAMs smokes last long in DCS). + "dirty" loooonger smoke trails from unguided rockets (hydra,S5, S8 etc). Look on tube, how much smoke they cause. The option to set these in the setup would be nice. + updated graphics for AI models and ground objects (hangars and FARPs for example look like 2003)
  4. Have you noticed those constructions that look like a "MM"-logo ? its the "Muster Messe" in Leipzig. An international exebition. Thats why you see stands from western companies here and a UdSSR building .
  5. I give you full access to my bank account ( and my well stuffed walled is in a package on its way to you)! Can´t wait to fly over my town and drop a bomb on my neighbors house. Will this map include every part of germany ?
  6. Same here ! The Pedrovic-AI seems offline. i checked this in a single mission in Afghanistan (perfect weather) and everything was fine. But online it looked like in the video so far.
  7. Etliche Leute treffen sich auf reinen avionic Servern und haben Spaß. Ich z.B. bin zwar der combat Typ aber komme auch mit meinem reinen Kriegsgerät immer wieder zum gemeinschaftlichen Umherfliegen zurück.
  8. Dear Pete, after all these (3) years we learned to get along with each other. But i couldn´t get over one thing. You really need "another angle" for a clear shot on a target , thats "covered" by a light post or a layer of sandbags ? Just do it ! I remember the (very )early days, when you had no problems doing that. You may tell me if its obscured - but i decide if you shoot !! (Call me an idiot later.....it´s fine.) I mean: if an EXPOSED target is hidden under a camouflage net or - like shown on the screenshot - behind sand bags , the Pedro-AI refuses to fire. Even if an enemy soldier ist standing in front of it. I am sure that is no problem on the Hokum or Apache. They can aim at any spot and just fire at it. This makes it impossible for HIND-players using missiles to kill such targets.
  9. The following situation happened multiple times to me (and surely to others also). It happened only against opponent AI Mig-25/31 and Mi-8 as far as i can remember I fly the MI-24 and made it to hit one with a missile - visual damages and smoke appear. The enemy flys on. I hit him again. but he flies on ....until he reaches safe ground for a landing on his airbase. It makes no difference what missile i use ("ataka 220 or 120" or R-60s). Yesterday the Mig-25 swallowed two atakas and four or five stingers from a manpad squad......and landed calmly. Same things happen with BURNING Mi-8 choppers. The fire extinquishes itself and they proceed with their flight. Gunfire is another thing. That´s effective. But im tired from pumping multiple missiles into an airplane and watching it to escape (hit but alive) but from now on indestructible.

  13. i have another problem with R-60. After a repair they dont work anymore. everything is set correctly but i dont get the yellow "ready" light.
  14. ok, i´ve played that mode allready and its great. But i mean if a downed player walks around, no one else can see him doing that. From their fiew he is still standig where he bailed out or landed on his feet.
  15. would be fun if we could pick up other players in the battlefield (and gain some points). but even if another player is walking to my waiting choppa, i cant see him.
  16. I want to take the fan away - out of my sight (or dismount it like the mirrors). Yes, that reduces the combat power but i need the competition.

  19. Did i miss something all the time ? there is another "fire-mode " for missiles ? "internet" says about ATAKA and SHTURM: The missile flies above the gunner's line of sight to the target. With the range of the target determined by the laser rangefinder,()the missile descends onto the target just before impact. This is done primarily to clear obstacles, instead of achieving a top-attack, and can be switched off. Is something of this true ? Will there be another fire mode one day for this module ?
  20. If so many want the Hind D why not a low fidelity Module for it ? Wouldn´t it be a nice first one for newbies at DCS ?
