They look A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!!!!! The locomotive is so cool and the wagons textures are amazing!!! GREAT JOB!!! Another magnificent addition!! It's incredible while ED insists in making rainbows, halos, clouds, and pressure systems you keep doing trucks, 4WD, police cars and that kind of nasty stuff... (please somebody in ED hire this kid before he goes to Microsoft!!!!)

I've got the same problem several times! This must be one of the most important tips to prevent mission creators from going crazy! Thanks buddy!

No, I don't intend to extend the missions anymore! The Swamp should be the last addition to the module. If everything goes as planned it should be released this Saturday. The Swamp has been a little bit more complex that I tought, but I must said that although it's not my favourite mission, it's the one I'm having the more fun with. We will see if you agree with that!

Thanks for the bug! I found that sometimes, depending on the number of missions that you completed, when you land in the hospital it doesn't start another one. But I'm working on the game right now and I will release a new version next week. It will solve most of those bugs, and as a new addition it will add: ■ Injured people will have a life bar indicator in the SAR missions, and they could die if you do not take them to the hospital in time. ■ And a new mission called: THE SWAMP.

I used the Civilian Asset Pack the DCS:Combined Farms and UH-1H attachemts mod for the video. As you can see they are **outstanding**. They have been made by @Eight Ball one of the finest a most coolest DCS modders around . He is doing an incredible job for expanding the civil side of DCS. I was planning releasing two version of the game: one with mods and another without them. But not right now. Thanks for those bugs! I'm working on the game right now. Thank you @KeyserSoze62 I already found those bugs: It happens when you finish a SAR mission and it start another SAR, the random routine was wrong and sometimes it start another mission, then stop it, and choose another one. But it has already being solved and now I'm working on the lifebar indicator. Thanks buddy!!!

You have to land in the oil platform. Your TFO will take them and return to the helo. Police cars and boat mods are a truly OUTSTANDING job from @Eight Ball I was planning releasing two version one with mods and another without them. But not right now.

Missions start at random. But you have an option to abort the current mission in the radio menu. There around 15 missions. But the game doesn't keep track of wich one have been played. So next time you launch the game, they could be repeated. Difficulty levels affect to: time you have to deactivate the bombs, time for turning off the transformers, speed of the chain reaction, time for the ship to crash with the rig, much more forgiving with the hover when you launch the charges over the ship (you can be higher/lower and you don't need to keep the helo stable). Add vehicles/obstructions or clean the LZ's depending on the difficulty, and make the LZ bigger or narrower (although the tyres remain in the same place: because you cannot hide static objects in DCS). Yes, if you choose the easy difficulty level in the radio menu, you will have 7:30 minutes to bring the bombsquad team. And it will clean some of the street lights and obstacles on the more difficulty LZs. I wanted to add different places for the bombs (got another industrial zones prepared), I've got another vessel ready to crush into the docks, and I have several cool places for the missing veteran. But the mission editor doesn't allow to copy/paste, so I've been using Notepad++, but it's a very tedious process and it's so easy to make a mistake and lost everything that I decided not to do it... (but every night I pray to ED, to release a copy/paste feature for the ME in the next DCS release, so keep your fingers crossed)

That's a good idea! Right now I'm working in a "life indicator" in the SAR missions (so you will have a time limit to take the injured back to the hospital), and solving a couple of bugs. But I like your suggestion. Thanks! The chain reaction start in one of the faulty transformers, and it will go to the city or the power plant. So you have to overpass the chain reaction (the explosions) and look for a transformer (any transformer will do). Land near it and your TFO (Tactical Field Officer) will activate the EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse Generator) This will stop the chain reaction and prevent to reach the city/power plant. Remember that your TFO will need some time to load the EMP, so you better check your quick-stop-rough-landing-skills The difficulty levels change the speed of the chain reaction explosions. So if you find it too difficult to overpass the explosions and land in time, you could try an easier one. Hope that helps!

Thanks all for your kind words!! I'm glad you like it!!!! BTW: I'm working on a "life indicator" in the SAR missions: so you will have a time limit to take the injured back to the hospital (depending on the difficulty level). And solving a couple of bugs.

Any help to get three random unique flags values :?
Presidium replied to Presidium's topic in Mission Editor
Wow! I love to see so different approachs to the same problem! Removing values for a table was a neat idea toutenglisse! But I will stay with Rudel_chw approach: just 3 lines and do not have to use a script/predicate LUA. Clean, fast and easy, just perfect! I'm working on a civilian mission for the huey and you've save me so many lines of checkings and conditions! Thanks **A LOT** guys! I TRULY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP!! I love you ALL!!! :))) -
Hi guys, I'm asking for some help here. I need to get some three random numbers from 1 to 10. Flag01 set random value: 1 - 10 Flag02 set random value: 1 - 10 Flag03 set random value: 1 - 10 But they must be unique, and cannot be repeated. Three different flags with three different values. I know I can do it with a bunch of FLAG EQUAL FLAG and FLAG IS LESS THAN FLAG checks. But it's so tedious and long, and it has no sense to make so many triggers and conditions for such easy piece of code... (I wish there was a FLAG NOT EQUAL FLAG). Any help would be greatly appreciate! Thank you!

MODS I can not live without that need to be OFFICIAL
Presidium replied to DishDoggie's topic in DCS: UH-1H
There are a lot of incredible mods, from the "small ones" like better smoke or better trees from @Taz1004, to all the amazing civilians vehicles, planes, ships, infantry... etc (BTW: the ones from @8 Ball are AMAZING!!) People are really making an outstanding job and it's such a pity that after some DCS update, they have problems or don't work at all. I would love that DCS would be more "friendly" with the mods. But my opinion it should not discoraged you from use them! In fact your coast guard mission looks AWESOME with the mod! and it proves that the mods could add a new dimension and give much more deep to a mission! -
I found this topic **very interesting**! Thanks for sharing!! It would be a dream flying a real helo. Or perhaps a "safer" alternative like the Cicare Trainer
