Hi:
I can't seem to get a grip on making my custom snap views EXACTLY what I want to see. I have TRACK IR, so looking around is not the issue. What I want to do is have specific camera positions bound to specific keys on my HOTAS, so when I hit the bound keys, the view goes to exactly what I want to see, steady, track IR not moving it around.
For example, as a F14 RIO, the DDD is one of my main sensors. I would like to have a closeup, steady view of it bound to one of my POV hats (the coolie on the Warthog throttle works well for this). Another one would be the TID, looking from directly in front of it (most of the time it is difficult to see the data input buffer, I have to slump way down in my seat to see it). Wpns panel, ECMD, left and right horizontal cockpit panels would also be bound.
How can I get this done? I have looked at some vids on the subject, but none seem to work. Looking for a step-by-step procedure.
