Other games/sims have it start and stop randomly, surely edge should be able to do it. We have to wait and see what DCSW2 and Edge provide first.

UPT is hard and it has to be. My wife told me that I should of tried to be a pilot, but I like flying and having fun. Not saying they don't have fun, but it's not like playing a game. I had a few friends when I was stationed in Alaska one flew the F-16 and the other flew the A-10. I talked to them many times about all sorts of stuff. The guy that flew 16's ended up getting out and flying for the airlines. The A-10 pilot retired a few years later. It's awesome that you were able to talk to people about the academy and flying. Best of luck to you and I hope you get the aircraft you want in the world's best air force!

Good luck and please don't be a clueless officer, we have too many of them in right now. I don't know what you plan on doing, but it's a tough road, but stick with it. I'm enlisted and will be retired before you graduate. The air force is changing and I liked it much better 5-10 years ago. If you want to be a pilot....go for it! Might want to look up what they have to go through and start reading up on things like that.

Excellent work! As someone who has seen Nellis and parts of Vegas from the air, you guys have outdone yourselves! Take your time on releasing this, do it right.

Pictures would help a lot, although googling them isn't bad either, just makes the process take longer.

-60 and Mule hooked up to the F-16

Don't know what this is, looks like a -60 Generator, but it doesn't have the exhaust. Maybe I should have got out of the truck and looked around it some.

From left to right Light all, lights up the jet at night. Low pack, air compressor for air tools, MC7, another air compressor, used for tools also and test boxes.

Forgot the official name of it, but maintainers call it a Mule, services hydraulics on the jets.

You should be good, I built my computer in June 2012 and it still runs games like DCS, BMS and Arma just fine.

Wish I could help you out, but I can't. I know when I had my CH set up, I had no problems having a USB device plugged in. I've had TM cougar MFD's, tired to use my USB headset, but didn't like it, external harddrives and other USB devices with no problems. Maybe ask this question on the CH forums, someone there may be able to help also....the more places the merrier.

Not sure about the CPU, but everything else there seems fine. Look at my sig, that's my current computer and it runs DCS just fine with a good amount of settings on high.

They are still called red balls and who sleeps in those trucks :music_whistling:. Had a little fun with the specialist on Friday. My airman was blinding them with our mirror. He also covered his head with a rubber glove....got a picture of that. Anyway, by this time tomorrow I should have a few pictures.

Normally 2 crew chiefs when I was working F-16's and A-10's. The 2nd guy manned the fire bottle on engine start. I was even a B-man on a few F-16 launches, that was fun while TDY. Sometimes there might have been 3, if they were training a new one. EOR checks would be pretty cool
