  1. I can post some pic late tomorrow of all that stuff. I can post the bread trucks now, since one is sitting outside my house.
  2. Wow, nice work and I doubt you'll have any problems selling these!
  3. I played BMS with CH, cougar and the warthog and I'll take a Warthog over the cougar. The warthog stick is amazing and is the smoothest I have used. I had zero problems with the buttons or lack or rotaries. The cougar I had was a uber modded one and it was very nice. I tested both sticks it out by doing air to air refueling. I was able to connect faster with the warthog and do it more smoothly. I flew BMS for years with CH and CH fraken-Potato, I had no problems with setting up my stick to do what I needed it to do. I haven't been able to get very many hours in BMS with the warthog. The few hours I have with it, I haven't had a problem. I've flown DCS Ka-50 and the FC F-15 with no problems with the warthog. If you set it up right, you won't have any problems with it at all.
  4. I think you can, but don't quote me, I think I did it with my cougar and warthog or cougar and CH stick.
  5. Can a mod pm me about a warning, not sure which one to talk to about it.

  6. You'll have fun flying, but be prepared to get your butt handed to you if you go online....enjoy.
  7. How to win a dogfight: Stories from a pilot that flew F-16's and Migs Got this from a guy on the BMS forums, it's a good read, long, but good. I hope you guys enjoy it. http://foxtrotalpha.jalopnik.com/how-to-win-in-a-dogfight-stories-from-a-pilot-who-flew-1682723379
  8. Just buy it and find out. We can tell you what we think, but in the end you need to try it for yourself.
  9. The warthog isn't like the old stock cougar. Wait til you get it and see how it is.
  10. The people that wear real flight suits belong in a place with padded rooms. Those people have real problems or dreamed of being a pilot and this is it for them. My wife laughed at me when I first started wearing me hat with the TrackIR.....I couldn't image if she came home to see me in a flight suit! :megalol::helpsmilie::music_whistling::pilotfly: she would think I lost it!
  11. I think you just broke rule 1.1 :D I'm thinking I may get a new video card in a few months since the newer ones don't cost that much. When I bought my current one it was $419!
  12. That 4th one looks really nice.
  13. No matter which one you get, I hope you like it. You know there is support and help here for you.
  14. First of all, what gear do you have....stick, throttle, TrackIR, pedals.....etc? Me personally wouldn't wear a helmet because the wife would make fun of me. Well, that's not the only reason, but I wouldn't wear one. Have you looked on ebay or did a google search? I don't think it would be to hard to add a headset into the helmet.
  15. I've had a version of the TrackIR for the last 8 years or so and I wouldn't fly without it either. For me, it is a must! It's like flying without a HOTAS.
  16. Who really cares what skin it has on it, is it that big of a deal?
  17. The "out of box software" for CH is outstanding! When I had CH I used it and it did so much more then the game could allow me to do. Plus, it was easy to program, load and change things as I saw fit. But it all comes down to what people want to do and how they do it.
  18. I used CH for almost 10 years, they are built to last. I had a X-45, that lasted all but 6 months before it started getting center play. CH can be used for anything and it can be programmed to do anything. I would probably still have CH but I wanted a better feel and the warthog was a great fit for me. You can buy all 3 CH (stick, throttle and pedals) for about $300-330 in the US. I used my CH for Lock on, FC 1,2 and 3, DCS A-10C, DCS BS, Arma and BMS. I had zero problems and still have all my old profiles just in case I ever switch back to CH. I have not seen or used the X-55 in person, so it could be a great HOTAS. I hate the twist rudder and I have heard a few buttons could of been placed better. Make sure you do some good research about both products before you buy.
  19. Nice, can't wait to see what it does.
  20. It looks better watching it in HD, but there is still something a little off to me.
  21. Looks fake to me also.
  22. Flying online is so much different then fighting the dumb AI. Don't worry, you have plenty more sessions online getting your butt handed to you. I can say that 99.9% of people that fly online have a stick. :joystick:
  23. I wouldn't buy it, don't like it.
