Maybe you can control all the 3 axis of motion as good as i can with my pedals, but i would highly doubt that. When things got heated i (and a lot of twisters in BF:V) could never give the precise inputs for rudder and my tail was all over the place. Besides, BS is gonna be much more like flying a fixed wing. That's what ED said some time ago.

Until BS comes out, the best heli game for me was BF Vietnam - i could sidepark that bird anywhere, no problem. The thing to remember when flying a chopper is giving the same ammount of input also in other direction, to stop the motion. Countersterring is the tearm? Anyway, once you get used to it, it's a piece of cake, although my friend never mastered the technique. Part of the problem was his twist-tudder joystick, since you have to countersteer the rudder in relation of roll to calm down the motion of the chopper. Rudder pedals are a must, if you don't own X45.

I need advice how to install the 1.02 and 1.11 version at the same time. Is it just as simple as backing up the 1.00 folder and upgrading it? I searched old topics but couldn't find the right answer. Any tips would be much appreciated.

I had to sleep, but when i woke up, i surely didn't hope to see this happening. This is so wrong on so many levels, i can not express. No, we don't need to deal with that! The problem is users like you, that don't care what happens to other people/customers as long as they don't have a problem! We paid for the limitless usage of the product or where thinking that's the case! If we thought otherwise or someone said:''Look guys, you're gonna get limited activation keys, after that, you'll pay again'' we wouldn't bought the product or would waited for the CD version !!! A lot of us paid because we thought ED is gettin more profits that way, and now it turns out, that we are a ''lesser'' customer then the one who has a CD version?! This question was asked numerous times on both Ubi and ED's forums, before the release of FC and was never really answered from ED and now i really want an anwser - or was one just given to Buzz? Let's clear this once and for all!

He doesn't need to explain anything! He purchased the right to use the software, not own it, but nowhere was cleary said, that it has limited usage. If it has any limits, it's more like a demo. I've got tons of programs installed on PC, not one has a limited usage option. If that was the case, i and many other people wouldn't buy FC. In a way, i could also say, that if that's the case, then i was mislead by ED. Anyway, this is no way to treat people, especially the ones that suppoerted ED by directly giving them money! That was in many cases the reason, why we purchased it on-line! Before i purchased FC i and many others clearly asked if there are any limits to using it, especially with all the activation stuff goin' on. We didn't get not one clear answer from ED. Now it's time to clear the mess up, once and for all. And i don't expect answer from you,Veljko or GG, i and many others want it from ED, clearly said: did we purchase or just leased it?

Movements are so subtile, that they instantly become your second nature. You move your head an inch at most, belive me, you wont even know that you're moving your head. After you'll get it - and you WILL get it, if you're seeking for ultimate flying immersion - you'll be prepared to sell one of your eyes, if it ever breaks down!!! And that is not an overstatment.

I see some comments on my ''barrel roll''. I prefer it over snaking and f-pole since it bleads much more energy from missiles then other two manuvers and have been very, very sucessfull with it. I guess you do it much too fast, my turns take a while. And yes, my tip is against AI pilots, i presume he's just gettin' familiar with different tactics off-line. AI always launches at maximum range, when i fly mach 1+. After I launch, i bleed my speed off and do long barrel roles and keep my lock, while my missiles fly toward him. You can see how the AIM120 is struggling go get to me quit easily. And ''dude'' , you should check out the difference between EM and ER in game before you comment, ''dude''.

You watched tutorials right? The best way to evade AIM120 is to barrel roll (spiral trajectory), your speed around 500 km/h +-, release plenty of chaff when missile gets close and while you're doing all that, don't lose lock on him! I'd recommend R-27EM since it has longer range. I use it for ''spoiler'' - F-15 has to turn his nose away, which buys you time to get closer and fire your second missile, usually R-27ER & R-27ET together, just in case he gets cocky and trys to fight back. When fighting only one AI F-15, he doesn't even get a chance to fire one missile, even if he does, i'm more then 90% sure i'll evade it. Oh and yes, play with your labels on, it will help you develop your SA.

I just installed LOMAC for a 10th time now. I had problems with some of the LOMAN mods, but i got all of them sorted out now (try & error). I don't want to go over THAT process again so: Can i make a back-up copy of Lock On folder, burn it on DVD and just copy-paste it over fresh installment of LOMAC, next time? I have FC 1.1, download version.

Quite a few people used F-16 for SEAD stuff untill v1.1. To bad we can't use them. Now i fly NOE with bombs.
